Mumbai University First Merit List 2026 Live Updates

Shortlisted candidates should pay the MU admission fee from May 27 to 29, 2026.

Cut off for the first merit list is expected to be in the range of 65 to 75 marks for BCom courses at MU.

The MU 2026 first merit list will be available to view on the official website of the MU colleges. 

The expected cut off scores of Chetana College UG courses 2026 are as follows:

• B.Com: 70 and above.

• B.Com AF: 78 and above

• B.Sc: 58 and above

Students should complete Class 12 to qualify for MU 2026 admissions.

Candidates are required to obtain a minimum of 40% marks in order to qualify for Mumbai University admission 2026.

Mumbai University follows the reservation policy to give Mumbai University admission  to students coming from different categories. 50% of seats are reserved for various categories and in total 85% of seats are reserved for students of Maharashtra origin. There are a total of 60 seats available for this course and the reservation is offered to the backward communities of Maharashtra State.
