AP PGCET Merit List 2025: Andhra University will release AP PGCET 2025 merit list for the phase 1 tentatively in September. Once released, the AP PGCET merit list 2025 will be available on the website at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. The merit list of Andhra Pradesh PGCET contains the name of the shortlisted roll number of the candidate, scores and the position obtained in terms of both local and state-wide merit.
The Andhra University will issue the merit list in two phases. After the release of the Andhra Pradesh merit list, candidates will have to report the college. To know about the AP PGCET merit list read this article.

Merit list can be downloaded after logging in into the website. Following the instructions below, aspirants can get the AP PGCET merit list pdf.

Click on the link given AP PGCET 2025
Thereafter click on the result link and enter the details asked like application reference Id, hall ticket number, mobile number and DOB.
On the next screen, the result will be displayed.

A few essential details concerning AP PGCET merit list are mentioned below.
Examinees' login information, which consists of their roll number and birth date, must be entered to download the results.
Exam participants only will be able to see the exam results.
The scorecards for individual candidates will not be mailed or provided in any other manner.
The downloaded AP PGCET scorecard must have the examinee's most recent passport-size photo attached and be attested. The picture must correspond to the one on the registration form.
No candidate will be permitted for certificate verification or documentation without the rank card.
AP PGCET will publish AP PGCET result for various categories, including State-, Region-, Minority-, and Community-based.
All applicants in general and OBC categories must receive 35% of the total possible points to qualify. There are no minimum standards for the SC and ST categories.
The AP PGCET marks represent the scores obtained by candidates in the Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Common Entrance Test. These AP PGCET marks determine their PGCET ranking list, indicating their relative performance among test-takers. A higher rank is achieved with better marks, influencing eligibility for admission to various postgraduate programmes in universities at Andhra Pradesh.

The exam authority will consider the following regulations when creating the AP PGCET 2025 merit list.
Candidates from Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes who do not have qualifying marks in the AP PGCET will be given rankings in the order of merit based on their entrance exam scores.
For ranking purposes, candidates will be grouped if they get the same score, and seniority in age will be considered during admission if there is a tie.
Regardless of the reservation quota category, all candidates were listed on the statewide standard merit list.
A list of applicants from a particular local area is called a "region-wise common PGCET merit list."
Minority community merit lists: These lists will include candidates from various minority communities arranged in order of their performance in the CET, both nationally and locally.
Community-based merit lists: The authority will also show the SC, ST, and OBC community-based merit lists at the state and local area levels.

Note: A separate AP PGCET 2025 merit list will be published statewide and locally for various categories of reservations, such as differently-abled (physically handicapped), NCC Games and Sports, Children of Ex-Servicemen, and Women.
The Andhra University will release the first merit list for AP PGCET expectedly in September 2025.
Candidates can download merit list by visiting the official website - cets.apsche.ap.gov.in on entering their login credentials such as application reference ID, hall ticket number, mobile number, Date of birth, etc.
Candidates are required to score a minimum mark of 25%, out of the APPGCET exam total marks, in order to pass the Andhra Pradesh PGCET exam.
Marks above 115 is termed to be good in the PGCET.
Candidates whose name appears in the merit list will have to report the college within the stipulated time.
