Candidates are advised to make a serious note of the instructions mentioned below. The instructions must be strictly adhered to avoid any hassles during the examination.
Firstly, candidates should compulsorily carry their admit card of IGNOU 2019 along with the identity card mentioned by regional centre/university. Failing to furnish these documents on the exam day will bar candidates from appearing in the examination.
If candidates have misplaced their identity card, they should contact the regional centre/university and apply for a duplicate one.
Candidates are prohibited from bringing calculators, cell phones, material relevant to the exam in the examination hall. Candidates found in possession of these items will be questioned and may be barred from sitting for the examination.
Latecomers will not be allowed to appear for the examination. Candidates should refrain from being late even by a second.
Candidates found to be cheating or using unfair means will be barred from continuing with the examination.
Candidates will be able to leave the examination hall depending on the time for their exam. For example, if the exam is for two hours, then they will be able to leave the hall after 1.5 hours. And if the exam is for three hours, candidates will be able to leave the exam hall after two hours.
The University has released IGNOU 2019 date sheet for the December Term End Examinations on November 8. The date sheet of IGNOU Term End Exams include dates of all the tests taking place on different dates. By checking the IGNOU 2019 date sheet candidates will get to know all the dates for their respective exams so as to be aware on which date they need to go to the exam centre to take the test. According to the IGNOU date sheet 2019, the Term End Examination will be conducted from December 2 to 30, 2019. The University is holding the exams in two sessions - morning and evening. So for their own benefit and awareness, candidates must check the IGNOU 2019 date sheet.
The university will release the IGNOU 2019 hall ticket for Dember TEE in the last week of November.
The Hall Ticket for each exam will be out in the last week of November, a week before the term-end examination. Therefore, candidates will have six to seven days to download the Hall Ticket. However, it is advisable to candidates that they download the IGNOU admit card at least two days before the exam and take a few printouts of it to avoid last day hassles.
In case of any discrepancy with the Hall Ticket, candidates must immediately inform the university officials. Therefore, it is advised that candidates check the IGNOU admit card right on the day it is released, so that they will have sufficient time to rectify the errors with the help of the university.
Candidates need to carry their valid identity cards issued by regional centres/university along with the Hall Ticket. If they have lost their identity card, candidates should immediately get in touch with the university and apply for a duplicate identity card well before the day of examination.
