Delhi University will take the following factors into consideration while preparing the DU PG cutoff 2025.
Number of applications received - The number of candidates applying for each programme is taken into account while setting the DU PG cutoff. Those courses which have a maximum number of applications will have a higher DU PG cutoff 2025.
Availability of seats for each programme - Delhi University offers a certain number of allocated seats in its programme. The seat limit will not be exceeded by the university while granting the admission to courses via DU PG cut off 2025.
Previous year cutoff levels - The university considers the cutoff data from previous year to prepare the DU PG cutoff for this year as the cutoff pattern of DU courses remain somewhat similar year on year.
Level of the entrance test/university examination - University of Delhi also accounts the level of the entrance exam when setting the cutoff for programmes whose DU admissions are conducted via entrance test. For those PG programmes whose admissions are conducted through merit, the DU CUET PG cutoff 2025 is based on the marks secured by candidates in the last qualifying examination.
The Delhi University has released DU PG 2025 spot round 3 cut off on August 18 at the official website. Applicants can check the PG cut off DU of the programme they have applied for. Thus, aspirants should check the DU PG cutoff levels before applying for the DU admission. We will update the data as soon as Delhi University releases the CUET PG cut off for DU on the official website. Candidates please note that DU PG cut off list PDF can only be made available on the official DU website.

On Question asked by student community
Hello aspirant,
With internal security, guards, and CCTV in numerous places, DU and JNU are typically safe and secure campuses, particularly during the day. However, occasional instances of theft, harassment, or altercations may happen, usually late at night or outside of campus areas, much like at any large public university. While DU's broad campuses necessitate greater individual vigilance, JNU is more restricted and residential. Though awareness is crucial, they are often not very dangerous.
Thank you
You missed Sem 1 exams at Deshbandhu College (DU) and fear you can't give Sem 3 exams or your admission gets cancelled. Do this: Go to college admin/exam department and explain your situation. Ask if you can give a supplementary exam for Sem 1. Check DU rules for missing exams and exam eligibility. Write an application to principal asking permission for Sem 3 or supplementary exam. Keep admission letter, ID, and any proof of why you missed exam. You want to know next steps for writing the application or DU policy details?
If you are a PCB student and want to apply for BA Psychology at Delhi University, you can still choose Psychology as a CUET domain subject even though you didn’t study it in Class 12. DU allows students from any stream to pick subjects like Psychology, Sociology, or Political Science for CUET. The idea that only Class 12 subjects can be chosen as domain subjects is a common confusion, but it doesn’t apply to most DU programmes, including BA Psychology.
Some colleges may prefer students with a background in the subject, but it isn’t a compulsory requirement. Your CUET score is what ultimately matters for admission. Since Psychology will be new for you, it helps to start preparing early so you can score well in CUET. All the best.
Hello
If you want to cancel your admission to DU SOL, then you can contact the college administration in writing. You must submit a formal application to request a refund of the admission fees and obtain the receipt. The refund process will be in accordance with UGC guidelines and will depend on the timing of your admission cancellation. You have to follow these steps to cancel the admission procedure.
I hope this information helps you.
Thank you.
If you mean cancelling your DU SOL admission, then yes — it is possible, but you have to follow the proper procedure. You need to log in to your DU SOL admission portal and look for the option “Cancel Admission / Withdrawal” and submit the required confirmation. In some cases, especially if the document verification is already completed, you may need to write an application for cancellation and submit it to the DU SOL office.
Keep in mind that if you have already paid the fee, the refund policy varies depending on the stage of cancellation. If you cancel early, there are higher chances of receiving a refund. However, if you cancel late or after the semester begins, refund is usually not provided. So it’s important to carefully follow the instructions available on the portal.
If you do not see the cancellation option on the portal or you are facing errors, the best step is to contact the official DU SOL helpdesk or support mail and share your enrollment number. They will guide you on the next steps based on your case.
Hope this helps you proceed smoothly. All the best.
