Hello there,

The CUET PG for LLM in 2025 is expected to be held in June, though the exact date is yet to be confirmed. For admission to LLM at Delhi University (DU), a general candidate should aim for a high score, typically between 200-250 marks out of 400, to secure a spot in a good college.

The CUET PG LLM syllabus includes topics such as Constitutional Law, Law of Torts, Indian Penal Code, Criminal Law, Family Law, Contract Law, Environmental Law, and Administrative Law. To prepare effectively, it’s important to study these subjects thoroughly, take mock tests, and review past year papers.

Hello there,

With a score of 67 in CLAT and being a Jammu & Kashmir (JK) resident, your chances of getting admission to Delhi University's (DU) law program depend on various factors, including the cutoffs, your category, and the specific DU campus you're targeting.

DU has its own law entrance exam, the DU LLB entrance exam, and admission is primarily through this. If you’re looking to pursue law in DU, you’ll need to appear for this exam, which is separate from the CLAT.

However, if you are seeking admission to other law schools that accept CLAT scores, your score of 67 may limit your chances for top NLUs, but you may still have opportunities in some other law colleges with slightly lower cutoffs. It's best to apply to multiple colleges that accept CLAT scores and also check DU’s own admission process, as their criteria could be different.

I would recommend you to use CLAT College Predictor Tool by Careers360 to get the list of possible colleges you can get with your rank.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

Hello,

The University of Delhi (DU) offers undergraduate law courses , including LLB and BA LLB , through its Faculty of Law. The key DU institutions that cater to legal studies include:

  1. Campus Law Centre (CLC) : Offers a 3-year LLB program for graduates from any stream.
  2. Law Centre I (LC-I) and Law Centre II (LC-II) : Also provide the 3-year LLB program.

At present, DU also offers a 5-year integrated BA LLB program. Students interested in pursuing a BA LLB can also explore other institutions outside DU, such as the National Law Universities (NLUs) or private universities.

The 3-year LLB programs at DU are highly competitive, requiring candidates to pass the DU LLB Entrance Exam . DU's law programs are renowned for their affordable fees, excellent faculty, and a vibrant academic environment.

Hope it helps !

Admission to DU LLB is based on the performance in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET).the expected cut-off marks for admission into the 5-year LLB course at Delhi University (DU) for the general category is around 238, with OBC, EWS categories slightly lower, and SC/ST categories significantly lower, potentially around 100+ marks depending on the year and specific cut-off list.

The expected cutoff is given is created by analysing last years cutoff so it is subject to change you can refer to the official website for the exact cutoff for this year.

Yes, you might be eligible for MSc mathematics at Delhi university with a BTech in computer science depends on your background in mathematics. Actually the program prioritizes applicants with a BSc Honours or  BSc degree with a well minimum number of courses in mathematics as the seats are limited so there will be a huge competition . Graduates with a bachelor degree possibility that they might also be considered they have passed at least a three year long course or 6th semester long course in mathematics might also be considered based on your degree in computer. You might have taken some courses related to mathematics particularly in areas  like discrete mathematics linear algebra, etc. You should contact the department of mathematics at DU to enquire about your eligibility they can tell you the best.

if you are doing a BA program from a regular DU college, you are eligible to apply for an M.Com degree from the DU School of Open Learning (SOL). Since you are already a part of Delhi University, your admission to the SOL M.Com program will be based on your performance in your BA degree.

You can apply for the M.Com program through the DU SOL admission portal.

CA, CFA, Acca and other courses you can do along with DU sol m com. In my opinion, you should look out for any professional course if you do m.com from distance learning program.

To secure a seat in DU , candidates need to score around 90+ marks for general category. The score of 47 is considered as below average in CLAT. The score further decrease for other categories candidates. The cut off may vary from college to college. Candidates should score around 75% marks in CLAT exam to get into top colleges. Students who completed 10+3 can appear for JEE Main and can also be eligible for Delhi University, but their rank and score are not applicable for admission to NITs and CFTIs.

Moreover,Some B.Tech programs at DU do not require a JEE Mains scorecard. For example, you can secure admission to the B. Tech in Information Technology and Mathematical Innovation program by taking the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) exam.

No, there should not be much of a problem joining JBIMS after you have graduated from School of Open Learning, Delhi University.

Your score in CAT/XAT, academic performance, and your performance in the GD-PI rounds are mainly considered by JBIMS for admission processes. A strong academic profile can work in your favor, irrespective of whether it was completed through regular or open learning.

As a rule, though, it is always safe to:

Verify the Special Eligibility Criteria: Ensure your distance learning program is allowed by JBIMS.

Reach the Admissions Committee: In case of any doubts and queries regarding your eligibility, reach out to the admissions committee of JBIMS.

Prepare Well for Selection Process: This includes entrance exam, GD, and PI rounds.

Nothing can beat the fact that good performance at such levels may offset disadvantages in terms of distance learning.

If you can prove that you hold the acquired skills, knowledge, and potential, you would be very close to getting into JBIMS.
