IGNOU Registration 2018 – Indira Gandhi National Open University has opened window for IGNOU 2018 Registration in June 2018. Candidates can get access of the registration window in online mode. The last date for registration of IGNOU 2018 is June 30 for certificates and diplomas and July 15 for Bachelors and Masters. Candidates can fill the application form of IGNOU only after registering themselves for the IGNOU examinations. Once the candidates have registered themselves, they will get a confirmation SMS on their registered mobile number and email id. It should be noted that candidates need to fill in all the details correctly including name, date of birth, mobile number, email id, father’s name, course applied for, programme applied for, session and other relevant details related to the examination. It should also be noted that candidates won’t be able to register themselves partially. IGNOU Registration 2018 has to be done at one go with all the formalities on the picture uploading, signature and fee payment for the courses opted for. Moreover, candidates should be extra cautious while filling-in the details as no changes would be possible once the registration of IGNOU 2018 has been done. IGNOU Registration 2018 – Eligibility Criteria
Candidates wishing to pursue certificate programme, diploma programme, bachelor’s or master programme from IGNOU are advised to read the eligibility criteria for IGNOU 2018 as mentioned below -
Candidates applying for Master’s programme need to have a bachelor’s degree from any recognized university
Candidates applying for Bachelor’s degree (B.A) need to qualify 10+2 or BPP from IGNOU
Candidates applying for B.Com need to qualify 10+2 or BPP from IGNOU
Candidates applying for B.Sc need to qulaify 10+2 with science stream or equivalent
IGNOU Registration 2018 – Process
Candidates appearing in IGNOU 2018 need to follow the steps mentioned below -
A candidate need to click on the link ‘Apply Online’
A new page with open with the ‘Registration Form’
Fill-in the details like Name, Father’s Name/Husband’s name/Mother’s name, Date of Birth, Gender, Email id, phone number, Username, password, confirm password, Enter the code given and Click on Submit
After registering, candidates need to Login using Username and Password
Fill-in the programme details, qualification details, course details and correspondence details
Candidates should remember that while filling the qualification details, if the subjects mentioned is different from subject you wish to opt for, candidates need to Click on Others
For those with qualification of graduation and above, in the field "Board Code" select "9999".
As the next step, candidates need to Upload Scanned Documents: Remember, before this step you should must have the relevant scanned documents (It is suggested to scan documents from your originals) which include - Scanned Photograph (less than 100 KB), Scanned Signature (less than 100 KB), Scanned copy of Age Proof, Scanned copy of relevant Educational Qualification (less than 400 KB), Scanned Copy of Experience Certificate (if any). (less than 400 KB), Scanned Copy of Category Certificate, if SC/ST/OBC. (less than 400 KB) and Scanned Copy of BPL Certificate, if Below Poverty Line. (less than 400 KB)
Candidates need to pay their programme fee which will be mentioned there itself through debit/credit card (Master/Visa/Rupay) and Net banking:- (A) Payment by Debit/Credit Card (Master/Visa/Rupay): You have to select Debit/Credit Card option to pay the programme fee and follow the online instruction to complete the payment of fee. After successful payment, you will be able to print/save the payment confirmation slip. (B) Payment by Net banking: If you have net banking account select this option. You will be redirected to your bank website and (C) Payment by ATM Card (PNB).
After filling all the details candidates are advised ‘Next’ tab for previewing the application form.
It is advisable to take a print out of the application form for future references.

Candidates need to pay their course fee which is Rs 120/course through any of the online methods – Master card/Debit card, Net Banking or through ATM card.
