Over 62,000 students got seats during the first round of Delhi University admissions and around 44,000 students applied for upgradation. How to Edit the Preferences Based on DU Vacant Seats 2025

The university allowed students to edit and upgrade their preferences during DU 2025 preference edit window from August 2 to 3. Candidates can modify their preferences as per the available DU 2025 seats. Aspirants can check below steps to know how they can edit the courses or college preferences based on the vacant seats.

Step 1: Visit the DU UG admission official website at admission.uod.ac.in.

Step 2: Click on the "CSAS UG Registration 2025-26" link.

Step 3: Login with login credentials including CUET application number and password.

Step 4: Now, click on the " Login" button.

Step 5: Go to the preferences modification tab.

Step 6: Edit the choices.

Step 7: Click on "Save" button.

Step 8: The updated preferences will be considered based on the availability of the DU seats.

Delhi University will release the DU CSAS third seat allotment on August 13 on its official website. Candidates can accept the seats allotted in the DU third round from August 13 to 17. The colleges will verify and approve the DU online applications for round 3 from August 13 to 18. Those who have accepted their seats are required to pay the admission fee by August 19 to confirm their admission.
