Following the publication of the result of DU 2024 seat allotment, candidates have the choice to either accept or reject their assigned seat. Those who have been allotted a seat are advised to follow these steps below:

  1. It is compulsory for students who have accepted their allocated seat, to download DU allocation letter 2024 by entering their date of birth, roll number and security pin

  1. Allocation letters, papers and certificates need to be verified at the authorised centres for the completion of DU admission 2024.

  1. DU admission procedure 2024 lasts about two to three days after DU seat allotment 2024. It is advisable to report to your allocated institution as soon as the DU 2024 allocation list is released.

  1. Candidates need to prove their medical fitness through a medical examination.

  1. After admission is approved, the allocated college sends the candidate's information to the authorities, and the admission letter is sent to the candidate based on these facts.

  1. A free exit will be provided to the students who did not accept their seats after the first round of DU 2024 seat allotment. However, a deduction in refundable payment will be implied if the student does not accept the seat after the second of counselling.

  1. If a candidate is not assigned a seat and chooses to participate in the following rounds of DU seat allocation, they must select one of the options. Such candidates will also be required to give new college preferences for subsequent rounds of DU 2024 seat allocation. This option, however, will be unavailable after the second session of therapy.
