DU Seats 2020 – The University of Delhi offers over 62,000 undergraduate seats to eligible candidates. DU seats are offered through merit and entrance test modes. Though most of the UG programmes and DU 2020 seats will be offered via the merit channel, however, only 14 programmes (in all streams) are offered through entrance test. DU seats comprise the category-wise, stream-wise and college-wise UG seats that are offered for admission to the affiliated colleges/participating colleges. Candidates will have an idea about how many seats at each DU college are there and based on that they can get to know their probability for a particular course there.

The tables of DU 2020 seats below reflect the seats reserved at each college of Delhi University admission as per the category plus the total seats for each UG programme offered at the respective participating college. DU seats which have been reserved at the DU colleges include UR, SC, ST, OBC and minority. Also, the seats of DU for UG courses have been separately mentioned for the same morning and evening colleges.

There are 91 participating colleges of DU which offer undergraduate admissions to the eligible candidates. Most the seats are filled on the basis of candidates’ marks in class 12th or equivalent qualifying examination. In other words, there is no entrance test for most of the DU UG seats. Note that 85% of the total seats at DU and its affiliated colleges are reserved for Delhi candidates, while 15% seats are for outside Delhi candidates.

Yes, you can apply for DU entrance exam 2020 in your 12th appearing year as it is mentioned in the eligibility criteria of the college but the result has to be more than 60% in 12th to be qualified for admissions in the Delhi University colleges via the entrance exam.

Congratulations as you got 85% marks from Bihar Board in class 12th commerce exam . You can apply for DU under a regular/general category . The least cutoff to get a seat in DU last year is 84% so you can apply for admission in DU and you can expect a seat in it . You need to get 85% arks in English subject in your Board exam .

The exams for bcom(regular) Delhi University were going to take place from 8th May onwards. Since there is no further information of any lockdown after 14th of April yet , the exams have not been cancelled or postponed. The tentative datesheet will still be followed for the exams. There is no notification regarding any cancellation yet. So prepare accordingly for all your exams. As soon as we will get any notification about the exams being cancelled or postponed we will inform you well before.
