DU Third Cutoff 2018 - 
The University of Delhi has extended the admission schedule for the third cutoff list till July 4, 2018, which was earlier supposed to be conducted until July 3, 2018. The DU third cutoff 2018 was released on June 29, 2018. The Third cutoff od DU 2018 will provide a relief to those candidates who could not meet the requirements of the previous cut off lists. The third cutoff of DU 2018 is available on both, online and offline modes. The DU 2018 third cutoff is the minimum marks to be scored in the class XII board examination, that will determine a candidate’s eligibility for DU admission 2018. The third cutoff of DU 2018 is calculated on the basis of the ‘Best of Four’ formula. The different Delhi University affiliated colleges will publish separate DU 2018 third cutoff lists for each of the programmes/courses offered. DU Third Cutoff 2018: Admission Process

The candidates who meet the minimum marks required according to the third cutoff of DU 2018, in any programme/course offered by a college under the University of Delhi can visit the particular college campus with the necessary documents. After the verification of eligibility and academic documents, the candidates must submit the fees for the particular DU programme and complete the admission process within the scheduled two-day time.

 

DU 2018 Third Cutoff: Factors affecting DU 3rd Cutoff

The University of Delhi along with its affiliated colleges determines the cutoff for DU admission. Candidates must keep in mind the following factors that are considered while producing the DU third cutoff 2018:

  • Best of Four Subjects – The average of the highest marks in any four subjects of Class 12th board examination

  • Programme – The undergraduate programme for which the candidate has applied for

  • Number of Seats – The total number of seats offered by/ available in the programme which the candidate has applied for

  • Number of Applicants – The total number of applications for the programme

  • Cutoff Trend – The DU cutoff trend for the programmes over the years
