DU Second Seat Allotment 2024 - Delhi University has published the DU 2024 2nd seat allotment list on August 25, on its official website. Applicants could accept their allocated seat in DU 2nd allotment list till August 27. Candidates can visit the official website to check the DU 2nd seat allotment 2024 at ugadmission.uod.ac.in. The applicants of the CUET exam can download the DU 2024 second seat allotment in online mode.
The selected students could accept the allocated seat and make the payment before August 30, 2024. The second seat allocation list of Delhi university has been released on August 25 on the CSAS portal.
Step 1 - Visit the CSAS admission portal - admission.uod.ac.in.
Step 2 - Check the latest notification section, then click on the ‘Second Seat Allotment’ link.
Step 3 - The DU second seat allotment list will get displayed on the screens.
Step 4 - Check your details and save the seat allotment list for future reference.

The candidates who got selected for admission in Delhi University were required to accept the allotted seat by August 27. In case a candidate is offered multiple seats, then he/she must "Accept" one allocated seat only.
Candidates have to visit the official website of DU CSAS. Now, login using the application number and password to check seats for DU second list. Thereafter, accept the provisionally DU 2nd round seat allotment. In case of no activity on the 2nd allotment list, DU will decline the provisional allotted seat and the candidate will not be allowed to participate in the subsequent rounds as well.
The Delhi University colleges started the enrollment process after the candidates accept the allotted seat at the DU college. The DU admission process may include sending out an allotment letter with information on courses, fees, and other requirements for DU 2nd round of CSAS allocation and admission. The DU college may also contact the student to arrange for an orientation session and provide them with additional information about their program of study.
After the DU second round seat acceptance, colleges will check the eligibility of the candidate. The respective colleges will also verify the documents uploaded by the candidate on the portal. If a college seeks more clarity, then they may contact the candidate or raise a query on the portal. College can either ‘Accept’ or ‘Reject’ the provisional allotment.
The candidate must submit the admission fee to confirm DU admission if the college approves the provisionally assigned 2nd round seat allotment DU. The allocated seat was given to another applicant if the entrance fee was submitted by August 30. In the event of a rejection, the college will explain why the application was rejected.

The University of Delhi has conducted mid-entry admission on vacant seats for applicants who did not submit an application for the DU CSAS. Such applicants are eligible to apply during the mid-entry period for admission to DU courses. Once all of the seat allocation rounds have been completed, the DU mid-entry will be conducted. Only after all applicants with merits greater than the lowest declared score who submitted applications earlier have been admitted may a candidate who enters in the middle of the process be given consideration for allotment.
The mid entry window will be available at admission.uod.ac.in.
Candidates who have CUET UG scores will be eligible for mid-entry rounds.
Candidates have to pay a mid-entry fee of Rs. 1000.00 (non-refundable).
It is mandatory for the candidates applying for mid-entry to take admission to the allotted seat.
Upgrade option will not be available in the mid-entry round.
Mid-Entry will not be allowed for performance-based programs (B.A.(Hons) music, B.Sc physical education, health education, and sports), and ECA, sports supernumerary quota.
The Delhi University has announced spot admission for candidates based on the vacant seats. Candidates who have applied for DU CSAS but were not admitted to any college can participate in spot admissions. To apply for spot admissions, candidates have to login to the CSAS portal and opt for ‘Spot admission’.
For every spot admission round the university displays the list of vacant DU seats of each programme. Candidates are required to select only one programme.
