What is the IGNOU Project Status?

The IGNOU Project Status indicates the status of the project which has been submitted by the candidates. Candidates can check whether their project is submitted, under evaluation, completed or not found. After knowing their status, they will be able to resubmit if not submitted.

Steps to Check IGNOU Project Status 2026

Those candidates who have submitted their projects can check the status of the project through the official website link. One can follow the steps below to check the IGNOU 2026 project status.

• Visit the website at isms.ignou.ac.in/changeadmdata/StatusAssignment.asp

• Enter your enrolment number and select the programme code from the dropdown.

• Then, click on the ‘Submit’ button.

• Your IGNOU project status will be shown on the screen.

• The first page of the PDF file must carry the correct particulars of the learner.

• Title of the Project Report / Dissertation / Internship / Practicum

• Name of the Learner

• Programme Code

• Enrolment Number as mentioned in the ID card (not control/registration number)

• Regional Centre Code

• Course Code(s)/of attached project

• Mobile No. & E-mail ID

IGNOU Project Evaluation Fee 2026

Students must remember that they will have to pay the project evaluation fee through the online mode. The fee is to be submitted by the students along with the Term End Examination form. If the fee is not paid along with the TEE form, the Project Report will not be considered for evaluation.

Note- The Student must submit a copy of the receipt of the fee paid along with the Project Report at the time of submission of the hardcopy or by uploading it in the online portal.
