CCMN Eligibility Criteria 2026

The NIT Warangal specifies the CCMN 2026 eligibility criteria for students who wish to take admission in MSc programmes at NITs. CCMN 2026 will grant admission to 20 NITs and three CFTIs based on their performance in the IIT JAM examination. CCMN eligibility criteria 2026 vary according to institutes and programmes. Candidates with a qualifying IIT JAM 2026 score are eligible to fill out the CCMN 2026 application form. CCMN 2026 will have some special eligibility criteria for a few IIT and CFTI programmes.

How to fill CCMN Application Form 2026?

The steps that a candidate can take to fill out the CCMN 2026 application form are outlined below.

Step 1 - Online Registration

• Go to the official website.

• Select 'New Registration.'

• Enter your information, such as your email address and password.

• Click the "Submit" button.

Step 2 - Filling Application Form

Candidates are now required to enter the following details in their CCMN application form

• Date of Birth as per Class 10 mark sheet

• Email ID (same as JAM application form)

• Gender

• Mobile number (Same as JAM application form)

Step 3 - Preview

After filling out all of the details, candidates can preview their completed application form by clicking "Proceed." Candidates must ensure that all details entered are correct, as incorrect information may result in the application being rejected. Candidates can make changes to their application form if they so desire.

Step 4 - Generating permanent identifier

• Candidates are supposed to create a new password.

• Type a new password and re enter the same password.

• Click on the “Submit” tab.

• An OTP will be sent to the candidates on their registered email ID and password.

• To generate a permanent identifier, enter the OTP.

Step 5 - Demographic details required in CCMN application form 2026

Candidates must go to the "Candidate's Corner" and enter their login information, including their permanent identifier and password.

• Communication address

• Guardian’s name.

• Guardian’s mobile number

• Guardian’s email ID

Step 6 - Banking details required in CCMN 2026 application form

The following bank information must be entered into the CCMN 2026 application form:

• Name of account holder

• Account number

• Branch name

• IFSC code

• Bank name

Step 7 - Uploading the documents

• Valid IIT JAM 2026 score

• Class 10th marks-sheet/ passing certificate mentioning Date of Birth

• Class 12th marksheet mentioning mathematics as a subject (if applicable)

• Course Completion Certificate/ Provisional Certificate

• Photograph

• Signature

• Qualifying Degree Certificate mentioning passing Class/ Division/ Percentage/ CGPA (if result is announced)

• Category certificate (SC/ ST/ OBC with NCL/ PwD– wherever applicable)

Step 8 - Application fee payment

After entering all of their information and uploading their documents, candidates must pay the CCMN application fee online. The payment can be made using either ICICI Bank Eazypay or NEFT.

Step 9 - Choice filling

Candidates must choose their subjects in the order of their preference (Least preferred goes last). The CCMN choice filling procedure is expected to be concluded in June 2026.

• Click on “Candidate’s Corner”.

• Enter the PID and password to login.

• Select the maximum number of eligible choices based on the preferences.

• Several institutes require special eligibility criteria. If candidates meet the special eligibility criteria, candidates can make the choices and click on “I Satisfy”.

• Candidates can add or remove their choices before locking the choices.

• After selecting the preferences candidates must make sure that they lock their choices.

• After locking the choices candidates can print the application form and keep it in hand for further reference.

• The system will automatically lock the choices if any candidate saves the choices but forgets to lock them before the last day of automatic choice filling of CCMN 2026.

Candidates must fill out information about their participation in the IIT JAM 2026 examination.

• Registration number

• JAM 2026 score

• Paper code of JAM 2026

• JAM 2026 enrollment number

CCMN Application Form 2026 - Key Points

• The CCMN 2026 application form can only be submitted in online mode.

• Candidates in their final year of an undergraduate programme are also eligible to apply for CCMN 2026.

• Candidates must ensure that all information is entered correctly when filling out the CCMN 2026 application forms.

• Candidates who do not make it through the first and second rounds of choice filling will be able to do so during the CCMN 2026 National Spot Round.

• Before completing the application forms, candidates must ensure that they meet the CCMN's eligibility requirements. If a candidate does not meet the eligibility requirements, the conducting board may reject the application.

• After successfully paying the CCMN 2026 application fee, candidates will be able to fill out their choices.
