CCMN Application Form 2020 - The conducting body of Centralized Counselling for M.Sc will release the CCMN 2020 application form in the fourth week of April 2020. Candidates who wish to take admission in M.Sc programmes offered by 201NIT’s and 2 CFTI’s can fill the application form of CCMN 2020 until the fourth week of May 2020 in online mode. To fill and submit the CCMN application form 2020, candidates need to first register themselves. After successful registration, candidates need to fill the required details and upload the mandatory documents in the application form of CCMN 2020. The application fee of CCMN 2020 can be paid in online mode either by ICICI Bank Eazypay or NEFT. Candidates will be able to fill their choices after successfully paying the application fee. Only those candidates who will qualify JAM 2020 examination will be eligible to fill CCMN application form 2020. The result of CCMN 2020 will be declared on March 20, 2020. How to fill CCMN Application Form 2020?

Given below are the steps that a candidate can follow to fill the application form of CCMN 2020.

Steps to Fill CCMN 2020 Application Form

Step 1 - Online Registration

  • Click on the official link (the link will be activated as soon as the application window will open)

  • Click on ‘New Registration’

  • Enter the details such as email ID and password

  • Click on “Submit”.

Step 2 - Filling CCMN Application Form

Candidates are now required to enter the following details in their application form

JAM 2020 Details

Candidates had to fill in the details related to the JAM 2020 examination attended by the candidate.

  • Paper code of JAM 2020

  • Registration number

  • JAM 2020 Score

  • JAM 2020 enrollment number

Personal Details

  • Gender

  • Date of Birth as per class 10 mark sheet

  • Email ID (same as JAM application form)

  • Mobile Number (Same as JAM application form)

Eligibility Details

  • Qualifying examination (Name of programme, college, university marks)

  • Reservation Category (Whether SC/ST/PwD)

  • Mathematics (10+2 if applicable)

Step 3 - Preview

Candidates can preview their filled application form after filling in all the details by clicking on “Proceed”. Candidates must make sure to check all the details entered as there are chances that the application could be rejected in case of wrong information. If candidates want to make changes they can make changes in the application form.

Step 4 - Generating Permanent Identifier

  • Candidates are supposed to create a new password.

  • Type a new password and re enter the same password.

  • Click on “Submit”.

  • An OTP will be sent to the candidates on their registered email ID and password.

  • To generate a permanent identifier, enter the OTP.

Step 5 - Demographic Details

Candidates are required to go to the “Candidate’s Corner” and enter the login details including permanent identifier and password.

  • Communication address

  • Guardian’s name.

  • Guardian’s mobile number

  • Guardian’s email ID

Step 6 -Filling Bank Details

Following bank details details are to be filled in the application form of CCMN 2020

  • Name of Account holder’s

  • Account number

  • Bank name

  • Branch name

  • IFSC code

Step 7 - Uploading the Documents

  • Valid JAM 2020 Score

  • Class 10th marks-sheet/ passing certificate mentioning Date of Birth

  • Class 12th marks-sheet mentioning mathematics as a subject (if applicable)

  • Qualifying Degree Certificate mentioning passing Class/ Division/ Percentage/ CGPA (if result is announced)

  • Category certificate (SC/ ST/ OBC with NCL/ PwD– wherever applicable)

  • Course Completion Certificate/ Provisional Certificate/Certificate i

  • Photograph

  • Signature

Step 8 - Application Fee Payment

After filling in all the details and uploading the documents, candidates are required to pay the application fee of CCMN 2020 in online mode. The payment can be done either with the help of ICICI Bank Eazypay and NEFT.

Step 9 - Choice Filling

Candidates must make sure that they select the subjects in order of preference (Least preferred goes last).The last date of CCMN 2020 choice filling procedure will be the last week of May 2020.

  • Click on “Candidate’s Corner”.

  • Enter the PID and password to login

  • Select the maximum number of eligible choices based on the preferences.

  • Several institutes requires special eligibility criteria. If candidates meet the special eligibility criteria, candidates can make the choices and click on “I Satisfy”.

  • Candidates can add or remove their choices before locking the choices.

  • After selecting the preferences candidates must make sure that they lock their choices.

  • After locking the choices candidates can print the application form and keep it in hand for further references.

  • The system will automatically lock the choices, if any candidate saves the choices but forgets to lock them before the last day of automatic choice filling of CCMN 2020.

  • The application form of CCMN 2020 can be filled only in online mode.

  • Candidates must make sure to go through the CCMN eligibility criteria 2020 before filling out the application forms. If a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria his/her applications could be rejected by the conducting board.

If my final year exams will be after some days of iit jam exams can i give iit jam or not?

Yes, you can give the IIT JAM even if your final year exams are days after IIt jam exam.

It has the provision for students who are studying in the final year to apply for the exam and take it.

what is opening and closing ranks and on what basis the candidates will be selected in a particular range of opening and closing ranks in IIT JAM ?

The criteria through which the opening and closing ranks of IIT JAM Examination are decided is as follows:-

  • Number of seats.
  • Number of students appearing in the exam
  • Difficulty level of exam
  • Previous year cutoff trends
