Mumbai University IDOL Admission 2025 - The Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) has extended Mumbai University IDOL 2025 admission process till August 20. Aspirants are advised to fill and submit Mumbai University CDOE 2025 application form till the deadline. Students are advised to go through Mumbai IDOL 2025 eligibility criteria before applying for admissions.
The Mumbai University IDOL admission form 2025 was released on June 14 at mucdoeadm.samarth.edu.in. The CDOE offers admissions in two sessions, i.e. January and July. The University of Mumbai IDOL accepts admissions for undergraduate and postgraduate and diploma programmes based on merit, except for MCA and MMS, which are conducted through entrance exams. The Institute of Distance and Open Learning, Mumbai University has started the registration process of Mumbai University IDOL for July 2025 session on June 14 in online mode. Candidates are required to register themselves with a valid email id and a phone number before the deadline. The CDOE admission process of MCA programmes will however begin a little later in the online mode. The candidates need to fill the Mumbai University IDOL application form 2025 before the submission deadline.

Step 1 - Online Registration
Go to the official website- idola.digitaluniversity.ac
Read the complete instructions provided on the admission page before going ahead with the registration process.
Then, mark the confirmation box and click on the “Proceed” tab.
The registration window will appear on the screen.
Now, click on the “Register” tab to start with the registration process.
Fill in the registration form by entering the required details in the given space.

Select the “Accept” tab, after filling all these details in the Mumbai University IDOL registration form.
Step 2 - Read candidate/ student agreement
Read the candidate/ student agreement details and mark the declaration.
Now, click on the “Agree” tab.
Select the “Register” tab to finish the registration.
Step 3 - Verification
University will send an OTP on candidate’s registered mobile number.
Then the registered students will receive a url on their registered email ID.
Enter the received OTP and verify the code.
Step 4 - Creating Password
Create a new password for the student profile, confirm the password and click on “Set Password”.
Candidates can use the same password even after the admissions for academic purposes.
Step 4 - Login
Now use the user name received on the mobile number and the password to log in and fill the application form.
Click on the “Login” tab.
Step 5 - Fill up the application form
Candidates will be able to see the status of their applications through the dashboard.
Now, fill up the details in their application form and complete their candidature.

Step 6 - Upload required documents
Upload the scanned copies of signature and passport sized photographs by clicking on the “Browse” tab.
They must read the specifications and dimensions of the documents required and upload the documents in the same specification.
Select “Proceed” to finally upload the photograph and signature.

Step 7 - Confirmation
Select the “Save and Proceed” after filling the required details and uploading the documents.
Under profile progress, the candidates have to click on “Confirm profile details.”
The candidate's profile summary will be displayed on the screen. Candidates can take a look at it and click on “Confirm profile and apply online.”
Step 8 - Apply Online
Candidates have to click on the “Apply” tab below Application for First Year/ Part/ Admission.
They can check the programme names, faculty and application details.
In the next step, the students have to apply for their desired programme by clicking on the “Apply” tab.
They must now enter the past examination details and click on the “Submit” tab.
Furthermore, they need to enter their PCP location preference and exam centre preference.
Choose the study material collection centre and click on the “Submit” tab.
Step 9 - Selection of course
Choose the subjects and medium of instruction and click on the “Proceed” tab.
The candidates need to upload the supporting documents in their applications.
Step 10 - Payment of the application fee
The students now need to choose their fee category.
To go ahead with the payment, the candidates need to click on the “Submit” button.
Check the application status in the candidate profile.
The payment can be done either through online (credit card, debit card, net banking) or offline (Challan)
Choose the payment mode, mark the declaration checkbox and click on the “Proceed” tab.
The students must now make the payment of Mumbai University IDOL application fee.
The application fee is non refundable and non transferable.

Mumbai University IDOL 2025 hall tickets will be available a few days before the examination. Applicants can download the Mumbai University IDOL 2025 hall ticket from the university's official website by using their college name, student name, and semester. In order to appear for the entrance test and for the later round of admission, candidates must keep their Mumbai University IDOL hall ticket 2025. Students must check the details on their IDOL hall ticket against the original documents after downloading the hall ticket from Mumbai University. The Mumbai University IDOL 2025 revaluation result is a chance for candidates to ask questions about the evaluation of the answer scripts.
