JAM Admission List 2017 – Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi will publish admission list of JAM 2017 on May 31. The IIT will be issuing as many as three JAM admission lists. Candidates who have qualified Joint Admission Test for M.Sc programmes (JAM) and apply for JAM admissions 2017 can check their names in the May 31st JAM 2017 admission list which will be the first list. Prior to the publishing of JAM admission list, candidates will have to fill their choices for courses and IITs. Based on these choices made by candidates and their JAM scores, the first admission list of JAM will be announced. Once the candidates have accepted the offered seats, as many as two more subsequent JAM seat allotment lists will be announced on June 16 and June 30, 2017, respectively. With the announcement of JAM admission list for the third round of counselling, the JAM 2017 admission process will end.

JAM Admission List 2017: Detailed Information
Candidates who have filled JAM admission form can check here the details of JAM 2017 admission list.
According to the JAM counselling, a number of candidates in the order of their preference and corresponding rank will be shortlisted in the first admission list of JAM 2017.
Once a candidate finds his/ her name in the JAM admission list (Round 1), he/ she needs to choose among the three options–Accept and Freeze, Accept with Upgrade, and Reject and Quit.
Apart from Reject and Quit option, if the candidate chooses either of the other two options, he/ she needs to pay Rs. 10,000 (Rs. 5,000 for SC/ ST/ PwD) as Seat Booking Fee in online mode using Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking options.
Moreover, those who choose Reject and Quit option will receive a One Time Password (OTP) in their registered mobile number.
Once the Round 1 counselling of JAM 2017 is over, IIT Delhi will be publishing the JAM second admission list for Round 2 counselling and admissions into M.Sc programmes with the remaining seats.
The candidates need to login through their registered accounts and choose one amongst the three options.
Those who have not been offered any seat through the first round of JAM admission list, will need to pay the Seat Booking Fee, if they choose one among ‘Accept and Freeze’, and ‘Accept with Upgrade’ options.
However, those who have been offered a seat in the First Admission List of JAM 2017 and are being offered a seat in the JAM second admission list by the higher order of preference need not to pay any Seat Booking Fee.
Moreover, candidates who have been offered a seat and if her/ she wishes to cancel the offer; he/she can do so by choosing ‘Withdraw’ option within the JAM admission calendar.
Further, if the seats remain vacant after the second admission list of JAM 2017, IIT Delhi will announce Third and Final Seat Admission List.
Candidates offered a seat through the JAM 2017 seat admission list should report to the admitting institute along with the required documents.
With the publication of third JAM admission list 2017 and allotment of seats, the JAM counselling 2017 will end.
Note – If any candidate accepts the offered seat through JAM first admission list 2017, the lower preference of IITs chosen by candidates will automatically get cancelled. However, the candidates will be called in for higher preferences, provided the seats remain vacant in subsequent JAM admission lists. Moreover, candidates also need to note that if a candidate fails to accept the admission offer, he/ she will not be considered further in the JAM admission process.
