Aspirants who have completed their IGNOU courses can attend the IGNOU 39th convocation. Candidates must have passed their term end examinations. Students who have successfully completed their programme of study in the December 2024 and June 2025 Term End Examinations (TEE) are eligible to register for the award of their certificate/degree.

Non-Attendance/Non-Invitation: In case you submit the IGNOU 39th convocation fee but are not invited to attend or cannot attend the Convocation, your Degree/Diploma/Certificate will be sent by post to the address provided during registration by the concerned Regional Centre after the convocation.
Regional Centre Changes: If the convocation is not held at the Regional Centre where you are registered, you will be required to attend at a nearby Regional Centre. Alternatively, your certificate will be sent by post.
Certificate Programmes: Students are advised to contact their respective Regional Centre for obtaining their Degree Certificates, especially for PG Certificate/Certificate Programmes.
