The Education Department, Government of Gujarat will start the GCAS registration 2026 for UG courses from March. Students who are planning to apply for GCAS PG admission 2026 can submit their forms from May. Students can register for GCAS application 2025 by clicking on the link to be shared below or by visiting the official website at gcas.gujgov.edu.in.

The Education Department, Government of Gujarat offers admissions for UG and PG programmes for the participating universities and affiliated colleges across Gujarat, through Gujarat Common Admission Services (GCAS) portal. The participating universities will release the GCAS 2026 allotment lists based on the performance of the candidates in the last qualifying exam. Once the GCAS allotment results are announced, students can pay the admission fee for reporting in their desired institutions.

To apply for admissions through the GCAS portal, students should visit the official website to register for the GCAS 2026. The GCAS 2026 registration round 1 for PG and round 2 for UG programmes has started on May 2 9. Candidates must register before the deadline of the GCAS 2026 portal. The admission process will be done in two steps namely, registration, and profile creation.
Students must follow the instructions given below to register successfully for GCAS 2026 admissions.
Visit the official website - gcas.gujgov.edu.in
Click on the “Apply Now” tab
It will take you to a registration tab
Submit the required details such as applicant name, course name, date of birth, category, email id, gender and mobile number in the registration tab and click on “Get OTP”
The OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number and email id along with the login username
Students can now enter their login credentials such as username, password and security code to login successfully
In this step, students should submit all their academic and personal details to fill the GCAS 2026 application form.
