The IIT Bombay has extended the last date for JAM 2026 correction window till November 13, 2026. The JAM correction window 2026 was opened on October 31 at jam2026.iitb.ac.in. The JAM correction window 2026 is the facility through which applicants can modify some of the details (if any) in the application form. There is also a JAM application correction fee, which students will have to pay after submitting the details.

IIT Bombay has opened correction window for IIT JAM 2026 application on its website. The IIT has opened the portal for the JAM applicant to make corrections as required.

Candidates who have successfully filled the JAM 2026 application form are eligible to avail this facility. Those candidates must have paid the application fee for the IIT JAM. If any such candidates who have filled the application form but could not pay the JAM registration fee will not be able to use the correction facility.
The JAM correction window link was activated at the JOAPS portal. A new tab will be available at the portal for the applicants who edit their incorrect details. Students can also visit our articles to get the direct link for the application correction. Here are the steps provided to correct the form.
Visit the official website of the IIT JAM 2026 at jam2026.iitb.ac.in.
Go to the login section and enter the login details.
After the login, you will be able to see the application form that you filled out before.
You will now be able to correct the details.
Pay the correction fee as required.
Save all the corrected details.
Download the application form again and save it for future reference.
Before availing the facility of the JAM 2026 correction window, students must know what are the editable details. Details such as registration number, registered mobile number, email ID, and name can be modified. The fields that can not be modified are pointed out below.
