Subjects with the most registrations in the Common University Entrance Test are conducted in pen and paper mode, and CBT mode is adapted for the remaining subjects. The students will be provided admission based on the marks scored by them in the CUET entrance test. CUET Eligibility Criteria 2024
Candidates before filling the application form must check the eligibility criteria of CUET. The candidate must have passed Class 12 examination from a recognized board to be eligible to appear for CUET UG exam 2024. The CUET eligibility criteria 2024 is the minimum academic qualification, age limit and minimum percentage required that candidates must fulfill to be eligible for central university admission process.
Students must also go through DU eligibility criteria and JNU eligibility criteria as from this year onwards they have to appear in CUET entrance test for UG admissions of Delhi University and Jawaharlal Nehru University.

The application process of CUET 2024 was conducted entirely in online mode. The candidates appearing for the CUET entrance examination should check the eligibility criteria of their desired programme before filling the application form of CUET 2024. The candidates need to visit the official website of NTA CUET and register themselves to fill the CUET application form. After filling all the required details they need to pay the CUET application fee with the help of debit card, credit card, net banking, Wallet and UPI. The students belonging to the general category have to pay Rs. 650 and the SC/ST/PwD category students have to pay Rs 550, and candidates belonging to the OBC/EWS category must pay Rs. 600 as the CUET application fee.
Step 1 - Visit the official website of NTA CUET at cuetug.ntaonline.in.

Step 3 - Read all the instructions and start the registration process.
Step 4 - Fill up the registration form and click on the “Save and Continue” tab.
Step 5 - The user will receive an email and SMS containing the login credentials.
Step 6 - Enter the required contact, personal and contact details in the CUET 2024 application form.
Step 7 - Candidates now need to upload the required documents such as a scanned image of passport-sized photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
Step 8 - Pay the application fee in online mode.
Step 9 - Download and take out a few printouts of the duly filled CUET application form.
Candidates should check the syllabus of CUET 2024 to get details on the important topics and units covered in the exam. NTA releases the CUET syllabus for the national level entrance exam on the official website of NTA CUET - cuetug.ntaonline.in. The CUET 2024 entrance exam syllabus will help students in understanding the basic structure and difficulty level of the entrance exam.
As per the exam pattern of CUET 2024, the question paper of CUET will consist of multiple choice questions and the exam will be held in hybrid mode. The CUET exam pattern may vary for various programmes and levels of courses. Every CUET question paper will consist of MCQs. The duration of the exam will be two hours, as per the CUET exam pattern. The students will be awarded four marks for every correct answer and one mark for every incorrect response will be deducted.

The candidates appearing for the CUET entrance exam can practise the CUET mock test to make themselves ready for the entrance test. CUET mock test 2024 will help students understand the important factors such as syllabus, type of questions asked and important topics. Solving the CUET mock test will help the test takers to manage the time during the exam. The CUET 2024 mock test window has been made available on the NTA’s website.
The students have to choose the CUET 2024 exam centres while filling their application form. They can select a maximum of two CUET test centres 2024 at the time of registration. The entrance test will be conducted by NTA in around 547 CUET exam centres around the country. The candidates have to carry their admit card along with a valid government ID to the CUET test centre. The CUET 2024 exam will be conducted on July 15, 16, 19, 20 and August 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10.
The NTA will release the CUET 2024 admit card in May in online mode. Candidates need to download the CUET hall ticket 2024 and carry the same with them to the examination centre. No candidates will be allowed to sit in the examination centre without the possession of the CUET admit card 2024. The students have to download the admit card of CUET using their login credentials from the NTA CUET’s website.

CUET Answer Key 2024
NTA will release the CUET 2024 answer key after the entrance test at cuetug.ntaonline.in. The CUET answer key 2024 will consist of the correct answer to the questions asked in the entrance test. The candidates can contest the answer key of CUET within the scheduled timeline. The final CUET answer key 2024 will be released after the valid objections raised by the candidates.

CUET Result 2024
The result of CUET 2024 will be announced at cuetug.ntaonline.in. Candidates who have appeared in the entrance test of NTA CUET can check the CUET result 2024 and download their scorecards. The CUET entrance exam result will be only available in the online mode and no students will receive the hard copy of the results through post or courier.

The candidates can download the CUET 2024 score card after checking their results using their application number and date of birth. The CUET score card 2024 will be made available on the NTA CUET’s website. The score card of CUET will be released in online mode. The CUET score card will be required at the time of counselling and the admitting universities will ask for the scorecard from the candidates during the admission process.

The participating universities will release the waiting list of CUET for various courses based on the vacant seats left after the seat allotment. The candidates need to pay the CUET 2024 fees through debit card, credit card, net banking, Wallet and UPI after filling the application form. The CUET fees for general category students is Rs. 650 and the SC/ST/PwD category students have to pay Rs 550, and candidates belonging to the OBC/EWS category must pay Rs. 600 as the CUET application fee. Once the CUET fees are paid by the candidates no change in applications will be entertained by the NTA.
The candidates will get admissions in the CUET 2024 seats based on their ranking and position in the merit list. The students will get admission in around CUET seats of all central universities with the help of the entrance test. Each participating university offers a different number of CUET seats 2024 depending upon the vacancies and programmes offered by them.
The central universities reserve some seats for the candidates belonging to the reserved category, as per the CUET 2024 reservation criteria. The students have to produce the original documents supporting the CUET reservation criteria 2024 to the university officials at the time of counselling. According to the CUET reservation criteria, the candidates belonging to the reserved category get 5% relaxation in the minimum percentage required.
The candidates who wish to take admission in the CUET 2024 programmes must check the list of all the courses offered and the eligibility conditions required for those programmes. As many as all central universities including Delhi University and JNU will offer admissions to CUET programmes 2024 offered in UG level.

The participating universities will commence the CUET 2024 counselling session after the NTA CUET result announcement. To participate in the CUET counselling process, the candidates have to complete their complete registration and finish the remaining formalities. You cannot get admission to engineering courses in Delhi University (DU) through CUET scores .
DU offers engineering courses under its Faculty of Technology, and admissions to these courses are based on JEE Main scores, not CUET.
