The participating universities prepare the CUET 2024 merit list on the basis of the candidate's marks in the qualifying examination (10+2) and the marks scored during the CUET exam.
Several universities use 30 percent of the marks candidates secured in the qualifying examination and 70 percent of the marks scored in the CUET 2024 exam to calculate the CUET UG 2024 merit list.

Do All CUET Participating Universities Release Merit List?
No, all the participating institution do release CUET merit list. The Universities such as Delhi University, BHU, JNU, Visva-Bharati University and others releases the CUET merit list. Students whose name shortlisted in the CUET merit list or who clear cut off are eligible to take admission in the college and the selected courses. To check the merit list students are required to visit the website of the CUET participating universities.
The CUET 2024 participating universities announces the schedule of CUET 2024 counselling in online mode. Applicants who have appeared for the CUET 2024 can participate in the counselling session of their desired universities. Students whose names appear in the merit list of CUET 2024 are allowed to participate in the counselling sessions.
