Scanned image of the candidate’s signature (10-50 KB in size for upload in jpg/jpeg/png format).
Passport size photograph of candidate (10-50 KB in size for upload in jpg/jpeg/png format).
Self-attested Class 10th certificate/mark sheet (100-500 KB in size for upload in jpg/jpeg/png format).
Self-attested copy of Class 10th mark sheet, if the result has not been released. In case the Marksheet has not been issued by the Board, a self-attested copy of the Marksheet downloaded from the respective Board’s website should be uploaded. (100-500 KB in size for upload in jpg/jpeg/png format).
Self-attested copy of SC/ST/OBC/PWD/KM/CW certificate (100-500 KB in size for upload in jpg/jpeg/png format).
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate (in the name of the Applicant). The OBC caste must be included in the Central list issued by the Government of India. (100-500 KB for upload in jpg/jpeg/png format).
EWS certificate issued by SDM certifying the applicant can claim reservation under this category. (100-500 kb in size for upload in jpg/jpeg/png format).
Self-attested copies of Sports/ECA certificates (100-500 KB in size per document for upload in jpg/jpeg/png format), when candidates are applying under the given categories.

Candidates are required to have passed the CUET UG exam in order to be eligible for admission at DU. The minimum marks required for eligibility will vary depending on the course. The DU B.Sc. 2026 eligibility criteria vary depending on the category the candidate belongs to.

After the Delhi University registration process, candidates can select their preferred colleges and programmes. Following the submission of the DU registration form 2026, DU B.SC 2026 choice filling will start.
