PU CET PG Eligibility Criteria 2026

To fill the Panjab University CET application, one must meet the eligibility requirements. The eligibility criteria also depend on the courses chosen by the candidates. The basic PU CET PG eligibility criteria are as follows.

• Aspirants must complete their bachelor's degree from a recognised university.

• They must secure a minimum 55% in their last qualifying examination. This percentage may decrease for the candidates belonging to the reserved category.

PU CET PG 2026 Application

The Panjab University will release the CET PG 2026 application in April 2026. Aspirants must complete their PUCET PG 2026 registration before the deadline. Those candidates who have successfully applied in the portal are only eligible to appear for the CET 2026. During the application form fill up, one must upload their scanned copy of photograph and signature. The details for the uploading documents must be read properly.

• Click on the ‘Register’ tab available in the homepage.

• Enter all the basic details and submit the page.

• Create the password using the OTP shared via mobile number and email id.

• Login into the website using email id and password generated.

• Fill the PU CET application form very carefully.

• Upload the scanned photograph and signature.

• Pay the requisite application fee within the given time period.

• Review the form and click on the ‘Submit’ button.

Panjab University has released the syllabus at cetpg.puchd.ac.in. Students are advised to visit the website to check the respective syllabus. The PU CET PG has subjects like reasoning, mental ability, general knowledge, data interpretation. It also covers major areas related to businesses and general ability.

PU CET Exam Pattern 2026 for PG

The Panjab University CET examination mainly consists of MCQ type questions. There are a total of 75 questions asked for 75 marks. The total time duration will be 90 mins. There is also negative marking in the paper. However, the pattern may differ with the subjects.

PU CET PG 2026 Answer Key

The Panjab University will release the provisional answer key in June 2026. It is advised to the candidates to check the CET PG answer key thoroughly. They can also raise objections against the answer keys. The authority after reviewing all the answers will again release the final answer key for the CET PG. Along with this the authority will also release the response sheet of the candidates with all the answers marked by the candidates.

Panjab University CET Result 2026

The university will release the PU CET PG 2026 result in July. By using their login credentials, aspirants can download the result from the website. It contains the name, category, application number, marks and qualifying status of the candidates. Those students who qualify the exam will be eligible to appear in the PU PG counselling.
