The National Institute of Science Education and Research, Bhubaneswar (NISER), in collaboration with the Center for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CEBS), Mumbai have released the list of NEST 2024 exam centres.

Candidates are advised to go through the exam centres of NEST 2024 to fill their preferred choices for the test centres. The university will conduct the NEST 2024 in around 31 NEST exam centres 2024. There are few courses for which candidates can select multiple test centres of NEST 2024. NISER in collaboration with UM-DAE CEBS will conduct the NEST entrance test on June 15. Over 122 major cities across the country have hosted the online NEST Exam. According to their preferences and convenience, candidates should select their NEST 2024 exam centre. How to Select NEST Exam Centres 2024

Candidates should follow the steps mentioned below on how to select NEST exam centres:

  • Fill and submit the NEST application form within the deadline.

  • While filling the application form, select upto 5 cities as preference in city centre section.

  • The exam authorities will announce the NEST admit card release date and the NEST exam.

  • The exam centres cannot be changed.

Important instructions for the NEST Exam 2024

  • The duration of the NEST 2024 exam is three hours and thirty minutes.

  • Candidates should report half an hour early to the NEST testing centre.

  • In addition to the NEST admit card, candidates should carry photo ID such as an aadhaar card, pan card, voter identification card, or driving licence.

So according to your rank that is 1713 in NEST you chances of getting NISER is very difficult because the cutt off of general category usually closed at 1000 rank and seats are very limited,  You rank 1713 is above that. You can try for other institutes that accept low rank if you are open to other options.
