Candidates who have appeared for the CUET exam 2024 should score the minimum passing marks in order to qualify for the admission process. The CUET 2024 passing marks will vary on different sections. Here are the requirements of CUET passing marks 2024 of different sections.
In Section I (Languages A and B) - students should score a minimum of 80 to 90 marks for each section - A and B.
In Section II (Domain subjects) - the minimum marks required are above 120 marks.
In Section III (General test) - candidates must score above 120 marks.
The NTA will calculate the marks achieved by the students in the examination and compare it with the other candidates who have appeared for the same exam in the similar session. The CUET percentile is calculated by dividing the difficulty level of the exam with the total number of students who appeared for the exam.
Candidates can use the below formula to convert raw score into percentile:
CUET percentile calculator = (Number of candidates who scored equal to or lower than your raw score / Total number of test takers) * 100
The CUET percentile can be calculated by multiplying the marks obtained by the candidate with 100 and dividing the total amount with 200. It will produce the CUET 2024 percentile of the individual candidate.
