Complete CUET registration 2025 by entering required details such as name, mobile number and email address, etc.
Enter the required personal and academic details to fill out the CUET form 2025.
Uploading scanned images of photographs and signatures.
Make the Payment of CUET form fees.
Download and take a few printouts of the CUET confirmation page for future use.
Candidates must be careful while uploading CUET exam documents. It is mandatory to follow the document specifications of CUET. Here are the list of documents required for CUET form fill up:
Scanned copy of recent colour passport size photograph.
Scanned copy of signature (black ink).
Govt issued photo identity proof (Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport etc)

Applicants who would fill out the CUET Application Form 2025, should be prepared with all the necessary documents. If candidates do not have all the necessary documents, their CUET Form 2025 will be declined. Applicants must include the passport size photos in the CUET form with the correct dimensions as indicated by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Scanning documents for CUET registration can be a task sometimes. It is true that not every student has a scanner at home, or has a cyber cafe nearby. However, there are a few tricks you can use to get a scanner-like quality document at home.
Firstly, go to play store (for Android users) or app store (for iOS users) and search for a document scanner.
Choose the app with the most rating and download it.
Place the document in a well-lit area and use that app to take an image of your document.
Save the document as per the format mentioned by the NTA.
Every document you scanned may not be by the specifications set by the NTA. Here are a few ways you can adjust the documents you need for CUET registration.
Adjust file size: Go to the search engine and search for “Image/ document resize”, then choose any web tools you want.
File convert: Search for “file convertor” in the browser, to convert any file from JPG to JPEG, PDF to JPG, etc.
PDF size adjust: Search for “file size compressor” in the web browser, to find the required tools.

Login by entering the login credentials.
Go to the ‘Upload documents’ section.
Upload the required documents.
Click on the submit button.

In CUET application form a valid government-issued ID such as an Aadhar Card, passport, or driver’s license is required.
The NTA will release the CUET registration form in February 2025.
The photograph should be in JPEG/JPG format and have a white background to upload in the CUET application form.
Candidates are required to upload their scanned copy of signature, within the size limit of 4 KB To 30 KB, in JPG/ JPEG format.
