Some of the changes made to the NTA CUET PG 2026 changes in the past few years are the reduction of the exam duration to 90 minutes, total number of questions are now 75, students being able to choose up to four subjects and many others. The NTA will conduct the CUET PG 2026 in March to offer admission to various postgraduate courses such as MA, MSc, MCom and more.

Students are advised to go through the CUET PG 2026 major changes given below:
Exam Centres - The NTA has reduced the total number of CUET PG exam centres 2026 from 312 to 292 cities. Out of which 276 centres are from India and 16 test centres outside of India.
Selection of Test Centres - The number of cities selected while submitting the CUET PG application form 2026 has been reduced from 4 to 2. Students are required to choose up to 2 preferred test cities during the CUET PG 2026 registration process.

Most notable changes witnessed in CUET PG exam are the changes in exam structure, decrease in exam duration, number of questions and more. Application fees for CUET PG has also increased by Rs 200 for base papers. The maximum number of papers students can choose in CUET PG is four. Additionally, the South Asian University now accepts CUET PG scores for its postgraduate admissions.
NTA decreased the CUET PG duration to 1 hour 30 minutes for each paper last year. Earlier, the duration for CUET PG used to be 1 hour and 45 minutes for each exam paper.
The number of questions in CUET PG has been reduced to 75 questions. Previously, CUET PG exam consisted of 100 objective type questions.
The CUET PG consists of 75 questions in each section. Earlier, NTA used to conduct CUET PG exam which had 25 questions from Part A, 75 questions from Part B.
Students can only choose upto four subjects in CUET PG exam. The limit was upto five subjects earlier.
NTA has made changes to the CUET PG general test exam. Earlier, the general test consisted of 25 mandatory questions. Now it has been renamed as General Aptitude Test based on general knowledge and mental ability and as only an optional paper.
Students can choose up to four subjects in CUET PG, which was limited to two subjects earlier.
NTA has decreased the number of CUET PG exam centres in India to 292, which was 300 earlier.
The South Asian University has joined the list of CUET PG universities in 2024. Students can now use their CUET PG scores to apply to South Asian University.

That's a great choice. CUET PG for B.Ed is conducted by the National Testing Agency (https://nta.ac.in/) (NTA). This is an online exam where a candidate has to answer the 75 MCQs in a time span of 90 minutes ( 1.5 hours).
