Hi,
Based on your JEE Main percentile of 84 and Class 12 percentage of 93%, admission to the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) branch at SASTRA University is possible but competitive. Careers360+1CollegeDekho+1
Admission Streams:
Stream 1 (70% of seats): Admission is based on a combined score of 25% from JEE Main percentile and 75% from Class 12 marks. For example, with a JEE Main percentile of 84 and a Class 12 percentage of 93%, your combined score would be approximately 87.75. This score may be competitive for CSE, but admission is not guaranteed. Stream 2 (30% of seats): Admission is based solely on Class 12 marks. A minimum of 98% in Class 12 is typically required for CSE in this stream.
Your profile is competitive for Stream 1 admission to CSE at SASTRA University, but securing a seat is not guaranteed due to the competitive nature of the program. It's advisable to apply through both streams to maximize your chances.
