The CPGET application portal was closed on June 19. Candidates must fill out the form on or before the due date to avoid any rush. The university has opened the CPGET application form correction window in order to make corrections on June 16. Follow the steps below to fill out the CPGET 2026 application form.
Step 1: Fees payment for CPGET registration 2026
Visit the official website of CPGET cpget.tgche.ac.in.
Click on the ‘Application Fee Payment’.
Fill in the details of are qualifying exam, qualifying exam hall ticket number, candidate name, date of birth, mobile number, and Email ID.
Select the payment mode.
Choose the mode and remit the fee via Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.
Once the fee is paid, click on “Proceed to Fill Application”.
Add courses and save the CPGET registration 2026 form.
Step 2: Additional Subjects Fee Payment
Select the Additional Subjects Fee Payment link from the CGPET 2065 home page.
Enter ‘Payment ID’ and ‘Hall Ticket Number’.
Click on the ‘Get Details’ button.
Select additional subjects for fee payment as shown below.
Click on the initiate payment button.
Step 3: Fill the CPGET application form
Select the ‘Fill Application Form’ link from the CGPET 2026 website.
Enter payment reference ID, qualifying examination hall ticket number, mobile number, and date of birth as shown in the image below.
Fill in all the mandatory and relevant details.

The response sheet of CPGET 2026 was released along with the answer key on July 18. It is also available on the same website. The CPGET cutoff is the minimum marks required to secure admission under the CPGET exam. Several factors affect CPGET cutoff marks, such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, previous cutoff trends and other factors.
The university will conduct the CPGET 2026 counselling process in the second week of August. The schedule of the CPGET counselling will be intimated through the website. Qualified candidates are eligible to appear in the counselling. Students will be required to fill out the CPGET 2026 counselling registration form. The university, based on the registration, will release the seat allotment list in different phases. Shortlisted candidates must pay the fees and visit the respective university for document verification.
The CPGET seat allotment will be released in different rounds. During the seat allotment process, candidates are allowed to select their preferred choices through a web-based counselling system, commonly known as CPGET web options. The system then matches these choices with the available seats in various institutions. Seats are allocated in order of merit and preference, with higher-ranked candidates having the first priority.
Candidates appearing for the counselling of CPGET must bring the required documents for verification. Failing to bring these documents on the day of CPGET document verification might lead to cancellation of candidature.
