BHU PG Merit List 2024 - The Banaras Hindu University has published the BHU PG 2024 merit list for mop-up round on September 18. Applicants could accept their seat till September 20. The university published the BHU PG fourth merit list 2024 on July 13. Banaras Hindu University has published the BHU PG 2024 3rd merit list on July 5, 2nd merit list on June 24, and first merit list on June 11 on the official website. The merit list for BHU PG is determined based on the exam scores of all candidates who appear. Banaras Hindu University's reservation rules will apply to all categories. Candidates are admitted only if they achieve the minimum qualifying percentage for BHU PG 2024 admission and meet all of the eligibility criteria specified by BHU for each course.

Click on the "Post Graduate Registration".
Login using the credentials and click on the "Banaras Hindu University PG merit list" link.
Download the BHU PG admission merit list for future reference.
If two candidates receive the same score in the CUET PG (for all courses), the exam conducting body will use the following criteria to determine inter-se ranking:
Candidates with the highest aggregate percentage of marks in the Qualifying Examination will be given priority.
If the aggregate percentages of marks at the qualifying examination are also equal, preference will be given to a candidate who has obtained higher marks in the relevant subject.
If the candidates score the same in all of the above-mentioned exams, the older candidate will be given preference.
Banaras Hindu University has set aside a percentage of its seats for candidates from underrepresented groups. Candidates can determine their chances of admission to Banaras Hindu University by consulting the reservations and merit list.

The qualifying percentage marks for the BHU PG admission are announced by Banaras Hindu University. Banaras Hindu University reserves the right to determine the BHU PG qualifying marks for admission to each of its postgraduate courses and categories.
For MPA and MFA, minimum qualifying marks for theory paper will be 35% and in the practical minimum qualifying marks will be 45%. The Merit shall be based on the sum of two components that are marks obtained in both the theory and practical tests.
For M.P.Ed, the minimum qualifying marks in theory paper will be 35% while in physical fitness test it will be 45%. The merit for M.P.Ed will be the sum of two components that are marks in theory paper and marks in physical fitness test.

After the qualifying percentage has been determined and the merit list has been published on the official Banaras Hindu University website, counselling will take place. The counselling will take place online.
Prospective candidates must fill out an online preference entry form, which can be found on the official website www.bhuonline.in. In the preference entry form, the aspirant must include the following information:
Choice of course
Preference of location (Faculty/department on the Main campus or RGSC or affiliated colleges)
Seat type (Regular fee or paid seat)
Candidates should be aware that they will only be granted provisional admission to BHU after they have paid their fees and presented their fee receipt as proof.
On the day of the BHU PG counselling process, candidates must bring a printout of the call letter that was issued to them. They will also be required to bring the following documents in original, if applicable, for admission:
Transfer certificate.
Migration certificate, if passed from a university other than BHU (To be submitted not later than 90 days of admission).
High school certificate/equivalent certificate.
Intermediate (+2) certificate/equivalent certificate.
Mark sheets of high school/equivalent & intermediate (+2)/equivalent.
Mark sheet of the qualifying examination.
CUET PG 2024 admit card issued from the office of the Controller of Examinations, BHU.
SC/ST/OBC certificate on the basis of which reserved quota seat is claimed.
Certificate(s) in support of claim for 'Sports Seats'.
Certificate of being the son/daughter of a permanent in-service employee/Retired/Reemployed/ Deceased employee of BHU in the prescribed format issued by the Central Registry.

The university publishes separate BHU PET merit lists 2024 for the arts, commerce, and science streams.
The candidates are included in the BHU CUET PG merit list 2024 based on their entrance exam rank/scores. The category of the candidate is also important in obtaining a higher rank in the BHU PG merit list CUET 2024.
Candidates are required to login to the official website to download the BHU PG 2024 merit list CUET.
Candidates are required to have BHU CUET PG merit list minimum percentage of 60% to be eligible for admissions based on the Banaras Hindu University PG merit list 2024.

Banaras Hindu University offers a three-year, full-time LLB (Hons) programme through the Faculty of Law. Candidates seeking admission to the LLB (Hons) programme offered at the Banaras Hindu University shall be eligible for appearing in the Undergraduate Entrance Test (UET), if they have passed the BA/ BSc/ BCom/ Shastri examination securing a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate considering all the subjects in the three years except those subjects where only pass marks were required and which do not contribute to the total in the final Degree marksheet OR any other qualification.
