The UP BEd 2026 will be conducted in pen and paper mode. There will be a total of 200 questions naked in the UP BEd 2026 entrance exam. There is also negative marking in the paper.

This paper is compulsory for all. Candidates can choose any of the subjects either Hindi or English. The paper II also consists of two sections- GAT and subject specific. The GAT is the same for all. Students will have to select a subject for the subject specific papers.

The Bundelkhand University releases the UP BEd exam and paper pattern on the website. Candidates visit the website to download the pattern. The UP BEd exam pattern consists of two different papers. To complete the first paper students will be provided 2 hours of time while 3 hours will be provided for the paper II. The number of questions and total marks will be provided in the table below.
