KIET Group of Institutions is a private co-educational institution established in the year 1998. KIET Ghaziabad is accredited by the NBA and NAAC with a grade A+. On Saturday, 28th June 2025, KIET Group of Institutions successfully organised the Bengaluru Chapter 2.0 of the KIET Alumni Meet that brought together more than 250 esteemed alumni across different time zones. The event was organised for the alumni to reconnect, reminisce, and revive their cherished bond with their alma mater.
The event was graced by the presence of eminent leadership of KIET - Dr. Manoj Goel (Joint Director), Dr. Adesh Pandey (Director Academics), Dr. Abhinav Juneja (Director, Corporate Relations and Placement Centre), Dr. Vineet Sharma (Dean, Computer Science Engineering), Dr. Ashish Karnwal (Dean, Mechanical Engineering), Ms. Pankaj Dhupar (Head, Corporate Relations and Placement Centre) and Dr. Kamal Kant Sharma (Head, KIET Alumni Engagement Cell), along with Mr. Vishal Sharma (Additional Head, Corporate Relations and Placement Centre) and Ms. Anchal (Executive, Alumni Engagement Cell). Their presence added immense value to the occasion, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to building a strong and inclusive alumni network.
The core members of the KIET Alumni Association (KAA) were also present at the event. These included Mr. Shivam Shukla (President), Mr. Kumar Gaurav (Vice President), Mr. Vinod (General Secretary), Mr. Vinay Kureel (Joint Secretary - Overseas), Ms. Arjita Bhatnagar (Treasurer), and Mr. Ankur Pathak (Member), whose continued dedication and efforts made the event a grand success.
In his address, Dr. Manoj Goel (Joint Director - KIET) encouraged them to actively mentor and guide the current students, fostering a culture of collaboration and lifelong learning. He also stated, “The success of any institute is defined by the success of its alumni, and we are proud to see that our alumni are doing great in different spectrums of life. You will be glad to know that KIET is continuously evolving; we are now an autonomous institution with over 9000+ students’ strength and by next year, we shall be a Deemed to be University with campuses across the nation.”
Dr. Abhinav Juneja (Director, Corporate Relations and Placement Centre) expressed heartfelt gratitude to the alumni for their continued association with KIET. He shared, “The footprints that you have left behind, we are working very hard with the students to work on the same footprints and set new benchmarks and follow your path. Be it an internship or mentorship for an interview/ project, our alumni are helping our students. This support from the alumni is helping us to provide a helpline in contributing towards the careers of our students. So, I thank each one of you by directly participating in this journey of success for your juniors.”
The evening was filled with laughter, warm hugs, shared stories, and spirited conversations. Alumni across various batches shared their journeys after college, spoke fondly of the friendships and faculty that shaped their careers, and relived their campus days through anecdotes, photographs, and laughter. For many, it was a trip down memory lane that reignited their sense of pride and belonging. The event echoed with warmth, nostalgia, and the unbreakable spirit of being a KIETian.
The event came to an end with a vote of thanks by Ms. Pankaj Dhupar (Head, Corporate Relations and Placement Centre), wherein she expressed her sincere gratitude to all alumni who travelled from near and far to attend the event, especially those who came with their spouses and children, making the evening even more special. She further thanked the esteemed guests, members of the KIET Alumni Association, the organising team and KIET Management for their unwavering support and vision behind these alumni outreach initiatives.
The meet was meticulously coordinated and managed by dedicated alumni based in Bengaluru – Mr. Aman Srivastava, Mr. Sandeep, Mr. Kulbhushan, Mr. Varun, Mr. Arun, and Mr. Satyam, whose efforts ensured the event’s smooth execution and success. Overall, the Bengaluru Chapter 2.0 was not just a reunion—it was a reaffirmation of the strong, ever-growing bond between KIET and its global alumni family.

Ajay kumar garg engineering college : praised for its faculty and academic rigor . Strong placement records and industry connection. Average package around rupees 4-5 LPA with companies like Amazon, infosys etc. Excellent infrastructure with modern labs and libraries. Vibrant campus life.
