BHU UET Result 2020 - Banaras Hindu University will announce BHU UET 2020 result in the third week of June, at bhuonline.in, in online mode. The result of BHU UET 2020 will be declared for programmes like B.Com (Hons.), B.Sc (Ag. Hons.), B.Sc (Maths Hons.), B.Sc(Bio Hons.), etc. Candidates, who would have taken the exam can check their BHU UET 2020 result by visiting the official site and entering their roll number and selecting their date of birth in the result window. It must be noted that BHU UET result dates 2020 will vary as per the different programmes offered by the University. Through the BHU UET result 2020, candidates can know their marks, sectional score, qualifying status, overall merit and category-wise merit. Apart from checking the result of BHU UET online, the authority will also send the result individually to the candidates on their registered email ID and through SMS at their registered mobile number entered during the application form submission.
As per the BHU UET result 2020, qualified candidates will be issued electronic call letters. Based on their BHU UET 2020 result, qualified candidates have to attend the counselling process of BHU UET as per their rank in merit list and the schedule.

With the declaration of the result of BHU 2020, candidates will also be sent the marks obtained by them along with their overall merit and merit within the respective category through their registered email address and SMS. As per the merit list of BHU UET, candidates have to participate in the counselling process for admission.
In case of equal rank or merit rank, the following inter-se merit criteria shall be adopted for breaking the tie:
1. Candidates with higher aggregate percentage of marks at the qualifying examination will be given preference. However, in case of B.Sc., the aggregate marks in Science subjects shall only be considered.
2. If candidates have equal marks in qualifying exam, then the candidate elder/senior in age shall be given preference.
After knowing their bhu.nic.in result, the candidates will have to download their issued electronic call letters for counseling. To do that, the shortlisted candidates have to login to the candidate’s account at www.bhuonline.in for downloading the call letter. There will be no postal dispatch of call letter. The number of call letters will be around two to four times the number of seats available in a particular course.
Candidates will be invited to the counselling based on their rank in the merit index. BHU UET counselling adopts computerized process for admissions which includes Online Preference Entry (on or after issue of call letter and before the counseling date), attending the counseling physically at the notified venue as per the prescribed time/date given in the call letter, marking attendance in the attendance sheet, seat allotment through computer. In case allotment is done, candidates must collect the Provisional Admission Letter from the Counseling Centre/Venue Incharge, the next day of the counseling. The last stage for the admission is the regular or admission fee payment which must be done well before the deadline.
Note: Candidates need to carry the following documents in original and photocopy to the BHU UET counselling venue for verification:

Migration Certificate, if passed from a university other than BHU (To be submitted not later than 90 days of admission)
Mark sheets of High School/equivalent & Intermediate (+2)/equivalent
Intermediate (+2) Certificate/equivalent Certificate

Mark sheet of the Qualifying Examination
SC/ST/OBC Certificate on the basis of which reserved quota seat is claimed
Certificate of being the son/daughter of a permanent in-service employee/Retired/Reemployed/Deceased employee of BHU in the prescribed format issued by the Central Registry
Certificate(s) in support of claim for 'Sports Seats'
The cut off marks of BHU UET are expected to be out in the first week of July 2020, however, the cutoff marks will not be released officially in public domain. Candidates will get to know about the cut off marks of BHU UET through their personal log in accounts. However, what will be available officially is the BHU UET 2020 cut off in the form of opening and closing ranks, as per the category of the candidates with the counselling date and schedule. Candidates can check the opening and closing ranks of BHU UET, as the cut off of the previous year from the tables below for different programmes like BA Honours, BSc. Honours (Maths and Bio Group), etc.

The University will release the result for the undergraduate entrance examination in the third week of June 2020. However, it may be possible that the result declaration for different programmes takes place on different dates.

The time duration of the examination of L.L.B. is 2 hours.
The tentative date for the online form to be out is in the fourth week of January and will continue upto 11 march 2020. The admission is available only in online mode. Please check the eligibility criteria for your course before applying because each discipline has a different criteria.
The documents you would be needing for the examination are Admit card which would be published around 5th of May 2020, Aadhar card and any photo ID (for the candidates of J&K and Meghalaya).
The eligibility criteria for B.A. L.L.B. is that the candidate must have passed 10+2+3 or B.A.,
. B.Sc. or equivalent exam with an aggregate of 50% marks or an equivalent degree. Also, the candidate should not be of age of more than 30 years on 1 July 2020.
For L.L.B. the syllabus comprises of general knowledge, legal aptitude, mathematics and English.the test will be of 120 minutes with 150 questions where every question will carry 3 marks. Also, there is a negative marking of 1 mark for each question.

Yes Sanskar. A student who has taken Science stream in class 12th can opt for BA course if that field interests him.
The eligibility criteria for a BA degree states that the candidate must have completed his 10+2 exam or any equivalent exam conducted by any recognized board. Hence you can apply for BA, no matter what your stream was in 12th class.
BHU conducts entrance exam for admission to its LLB course, the paper comprises of total 150 questions in MCQ form and each question is of 3 marks, which sums up the total marks of BHU LLB entrance to be 450.
