• General Certificate of Education (GEC) Examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.

• Cambridge University High School Certificate Exam.

• Any Public School/Board/University Examination in India or in any foreign country recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to the 10+2 system.

• Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) with a minimum of five subjects or H.S. Examination Conducted by W.B. Council of Rabindra Open Schooling.

PART 1 - For all B.Tech programmes: Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as per syllabi of classes XI & XII of West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) and Equivalent Lateral entry to the 2nd year of B.Tech Programmes: As per the syllabus of JELET, West Bengal B.Sc. in Nursing Programme: As per syllabus of JENPARH/JENPAUH, West Bengal.

PART - 2 General English: Basic knowledge of vocabularies, grammar and comprehension at 10+2 level General knowledge: This will comprise History (Mediaeval and Modern India), Geography, Political Science, General Science and Current Affairs Islamic Study & Culture: will be based on 10+2 level.

Aliah University 2023 Admission - Age Limit

• For undergraduate programmes, the minimum age is 22 years as of 1st July 2023, with the exception of 3 years B.A. in Islamic Theology and 3-year B.A. in Islamic Studies -25 years and for 4- year B.Sc. in Nursing-27 years.

• Age Limit for the admission to B.Tech and Undergraduate programmes is 17 years.

• Though the upper age limit is mentioned above, all the applicants of undergraduate programmes who have passed the qualifying examination before 2020 are not eligible to take admission in the year 2023.

Aliah University Counselling 2023

Admission to different programmes (only for B.Tech. BCA, Botany, Microbiology, Zoology, Mathematics, Statistics and Islamic Theology) is made through online Aliah University counselling according to the rank in the merit list. All relevant information regarding counselling will be provided to all successful candidates at the time of publication of the result. For verification purposes, the selected candidates must arrive at the counselling venue with their required documents, admit cards, merit lists, certificates and testimonials. Once the verification process is over, the original documents will be returned to the candidates along with the attested copies.

Aliah University Seat Allotment 2023

• The allotment offered at the online counselling is only a provisional allotment.

• All the available seats are considered for Aliah University 2023 provisional seat allotment. The choice submitted by the candidates during application/ counselling is processed and a seats are allotted based on merit/rank.

• If a candidate were not allotted his/her 1st choice, we will consider his/her 2nd choice (if given by his/her) and this process will continue until his/her last choice.
