English is the most commonly chosen paper, as almost all undergraduate programmes require or accept English compulsory language paper.
The General Aptitude Test appears to be a widely chosen subject after English. Applicants who selected all five preferred subjects often opted for GAT as well. The GAT is mostly chosen because many universities use it as part of the admissions criteria.
