CRSU Admission 2019 - Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University (CRSU) has released the second allotment list of CRSU 2019 admission on July 29 for centralized admissions through Kurukshetra University entrance test. Earlier, the university has released first counselling allotment list of CRSU admission 2019 through Kurukshetra University centralized admission process on July 24. The allotment list of admission in CRSU 2019 through MDU Rohtak centralized admission process was released on July 25, July 21 and July 16. The university released the CRSU 2019 admission form for various PG courses in June 5, 2019. The last date to submit the application form for admission to CRSU 2019 was in July 2, 2019. However, for B.A. B.Ed./B.Sc. B.Ed. and B.El.Ed, online application process will start in the second and third weeks of September 2019. For M.Ed., CRSU admission 2019 will commence from second week of October 2019. The application process for admissions to the university is conducted in online mode. CRSU 2019 admission is the gateway for candidates who seek admissions into the university’s postgraduate programmes including M.A. in Economics, Education, Psychology, English, History; M.Sc. in Mathematics, Geography; M.Com. The university admit candidates to these courses on the basis of the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. After taking into account applicants’ marks in the qualifying examination, the university publishes a merit list mentioning the names of candidates selected for admission to CRSU 2019. Following are the eligibility criteria mandated by the university for each of its courses. Before proceeding with the application form, candidates need to check the criteria for these courses and ensure that they fulfil them. In case candidates are found to be ineligible as per the university’s criteria, their admission to CRSU 2019 will be forfeited by the university.
M.Sc. Mathematics - Candidates must have a B.A./B.Sc.degree with Mathematics as one of the subjects or B.A.(Hons.)/ B.Sc.(Hons.) in Mathematics with a minimum of 50% marks.
M.Sc. Geography - Candidates need to have a B.A./B.Sc. (General or Hons.) with Geography as a subject with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
M.Com. - Candidates require a B. Com./BTM/BIM/Bachelor of Arts/Science/B.Voc./BBA with Economics /Mathematics with at least an aggregate of 45% marks to be eligible for CRSU 2019 admission.
M.A. Psychology - Candidates need to have a B.A. (Hons.) degree in Psychology with a minimum aggregate of 45% or a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks or 45% marks in Psychology.
M.A. Economics - Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks or at least 45% marks in Economics.
M.A. Education (Department of History) - Candidates must have completed B.A. (Hons.) in History with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least an aggregate of 50% marks or 45% marks in the subject of History/Political Sc./Geography/Sociology/Public Administration to be eligible for CRSU admission 2019.
M.A. English - Candidates will need a B.A. (Hons.) in English with an aggregate of 45% marks or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least an aggregate of 50% marks or 45% marks in English.
M.A. in Music and Dance - Candidates must have a B.A.(Hons.) in Music with an aggregate of 45% marks (42.75% marks for SC/ST).ORi. A Bachelor’s degree with Music as one of the subjects with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (42.75% marks for SC/ST) in Music.ORii. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree of at least 3 years of duration with any of the following examinations:

M.A Education - To be eligible for admission to CRSU 2019, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates).
MA Yoga Science - Candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or any other examination considered as equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50%.Note- (i) Candidate’s maximum age limit should be 35 years as on 31.7.16.(ii) Every candidate (Male and Female) will submit medical fitness certificate issued by SMO/MO of the Government Hospital at the time of admission. Candidates should note that the university will not entertain any excuse for not participating in physical activity during the course.Married female selected candidates will have to submit a certificate from SMO/MO issued by the Government Hospital that she is not in the way of family, along with an undertaking that ifduring the course of study, it is found that she is not in the way of family, her admission would beliable to be cancelled and all dues paid by her shall be forfeited.
B.El. Ed. - Candidates should have cleared their 10+2 from a recognised board or any other examination recognised equivalent thereto with a minimum aggregate of 50% to be eligible for CRSU admission 2019.
There is no provision for rounding off of percentage marks of qualifying examination from 0.5% to above to the next higher number. For example, 49.5% will not be rounded off to 50%.
SC category and differently abled candidates need to have 47.% as the minimum aggregate in the qualifying examination.
Compartment students will not be given admissions into the courses whatsoever.
M.Ed. - To be eligible for CRSU 2019 admission, candidates should hold a B.Ed. or B.A. B.Ed. or B.Sc. B.Ed. (NCTE, RCI etc.. Approved ) degree or completed an examination equivalent to B.Ed. with at least an aggregate of 50%.
B.A./B.Sc. B.Ed. - Candidates should have cleared the 10+2/Senior Secondary Examination or any other equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks for admission to CRSU 2019.
Candidates applying for CRSU admission 2019 need to necessarily fill the application form before the last date of submission. The application form for the entrance based UG and PG courses was closed on July 2, 2019. However, the application form for B.Ed. and B.El. Ed. courses will be released in the second and third weeks of September 2019 respectively. For M.Ed., the form for admission to CRSU 2019 will be released in the third week of October 2019.
Given below are steps following which candidates will be able to fill the CRSU application form easily.
Candidates need to click on the official link to start filling the application form for CRSU admission 2019.
Upon clicking on the official link, new users will have to click on ‘new registration’.
Existing users need to enter their username and password.
For new registrations, candidates will have to fill important details like student’s name, parent’s name, relation type, date of birth, gender, mobile number, email ID, and so on.
After filling in the details correctly, candidates will now have to click on ‘disclaimer’.
Once they have gone through the terms and conditions, candidates will have to click on the ‘Agree’ button.
Upon successful registration, a unique username and OTP will be generated and an SMS will be sent to the candidates as well containing these credentials.
Now applicants will have to login using the given username and OTP. In this step, candidates will also have to create a password.
After login, the application form for admission to CRSU 2019 will appear on candidate’s screen. In the application form, candidates will have to fill important personal details, address, education, reservation details, contact details, and upload their photograph and signature.
Once candidates have filled in these details, they will have to click on ‘confirm profile’.
At this stage, candidates will be provided with a chance to check if the details entered are correct or not. In case of any errors, candidates may rectify the details entered now.
After editing the form, candidates will have to click on ‘confirm profile and apply online’. Before clicking on this button, candidates should check once again the details entered. After clicking this button, the application form for CRSU 2019 admission will become uneditable.
Now candidates will have to start filling in the courses they are applying for.
Also, they will have to select the qualifying examination.
Candidates will have to click on ‘submit’ button. Then they will be required to choose the colleges they want to study the course in.
Now comes the fee payment step. Firstly, candidates will have to select the appropriate category.
Then candidates will have to click on the ‘submit’ button to complete the application form.
Now the user will be provided with his/her application number, which must be retained by him/her for further references.
Now a list of applications showing the names of courses the candidate has applied for will appear. Alongside each course, the icon for fee payment and fee amount will also show up.
Candidates will have to click on the icon to proceed with the fee payment.
They will then be required to click on the ‘online’ button for fee payment and pay the fees.
Candidates will then have to take a printout of the entire application form.

Incomplete application forms for CRSU admission 2019 will be rejected.

The university selects candidates for admission in CRSU on the basis of their marks in the qualifying examination as per the university’s weightage rules. The university then publishes a merit list on the basis of marks in the qualifying examination and mention the names of candidates selected for CRSU admission 2019. The merit lists will be published both in online and offline modes.
The CRSU merit list has been published on July 11, July 9, July 6 and July 4, 2019 in the online mode. For B.Ed. and B.El.Ed., the university will publish the merit list in the first week of October 2019. The merit list for M.Ed. will be published in the fourth week of October 2019.
Given below are weightage rules followed by the university to calculate a candidate’s merit for postgraduate courses.
Candidates who have cleared the qualifying exam from universities in Haryana State
Those who have received the National Talent Award from the NCERT
Those who have secured 60% marks/CGPA 6.0 on 10 point scale from First
Public Examination to Qualifying Examination.
(D) Candidates who have passed Honors Examination in the concerned subject
N.C.C. Cadets who have passed the ‘B’ Certificate
N.C.C. Cadets who have passed ‘C’ or ‘G-II’ Certificate (No weightage will be given for civil defence service)
If NCC cadets have both ‘B’ and ‘C’ Certificates
Students who have been recommended or commended (i.e. have obtained 1st or 2nd position) at the Inter-Zonal or Inter-University or Inter-State Level Youth Festival(s) or competition(s) organized by State Govt./University either individually or as members of a team.
Sports persons who have won 1st or 2nd or 3rd position at the University/State level Tournaments organized by the State Govt./Haryana Olympic Association/University in individual events or Team games or have actually participated in Inter-University or National level duly recognized by Association of Indian Universities/concerned National Federation/Indian Olympic Association in the games in which Inter University Tournaments are organized by AIU. Additional information -
For M.Ed., if two or more candidates score the same marks in the qualifying examination, the university will give preference to older candidates. If the tie still exists, candidates scoring higher percentage in class XII will be given preference. If the tie still does not get resolved, candidates with a higher percentage in Xth class will be given preference.
For PG courses, the university will give preference to candidates scoring higher in the lower examination. In case, the tie still exists, candidates older in age will be given preference.
For B.El.Ed. and B.Ed., candidates having a compartment in the qualifying examination will not be eligible for admission to CRSU 2019.
Candidates mentioned in the merit list for CRSU 2019 admission need to attend the counselling round to finalize their admission. Selected candidates are required to report to the concerned college on the specified date and time along with requisite documents for verification purposes.
The counselling process for PG courses like MA Education, M.Sc Yoga, MCA, etc was held on July 11, 2019 . For B.Ed. and B.El.Ed., the counselling round will be held from the first week of October 2019. For M.Ed., the CRSU 2019 counselling round will commence from the last week of November 2019.
CRSU Counselling Procedure 2019 - M.Ed.
Candidates will first have to pay a counselling fee. The counselling fee can be paid in both online and offline modes.
CRSU Admission 2019 - Counselling Fees (M.Ed.)
SC/BC/PH, Girls from Haryana State
Candidates will have to visit the official website to remit the counselling fee.
After the payment of fees, the choice filling window will be activated.
Candidates will have to fill and lock their choices within the stipulated deadlines.
Then the candidates will be asked to go through the updated list of colleges affiliated to the university. Out of this list, candidates will have to choose colleges in the order of their preference where they would like to study the course.
Candidates will be allowed to fill as many preferences in the form as they want. Candidates will also be allowed to make changes in their preferences until they lock their final choices.
The final choices must be locked by the candidate within the stipulated deadlines.
If candidates fail to lock their choices by the last date, their last preferences will be automatically saved by the university. The allotment will be done on this basis.
Candidates are advised to take a printout of their locked preferences. This printout will have to be submitted at the time of admission to CRSU 2019.
Candidates who fail to fill their choices or save them will not be considered for admissions into the university.
On the basis of the number of candidates registering for the counselling round, the university will first publish a list of probable number of seats available.
The allotment result will be available online. Candidates will not be sent call letters individually.
In the allotment result, candidates will find the colleges allotted to them. They will have to report to the college allotted and submit their documents to finalize their admissions.
For the second round of counselling, the following two groups of candidates will be chosen for the counselling round - a) candidates who have been allotted seats in the first round but attend the second round of counselling for preferences higher than the one allotted to him. b) Candidates who were not allotted any seat in the first round of counselling.
