The University Residences are currently in partnership with an entrepreneurial student accommodation firm, Feels Like Home (FLH). The residences are overseen by a dedicated office of student housing and residential life.

Located within a kilometer radius of Ahmedabad University’s Central Campus, the residencies have twin or triple-sharing, air-conditioned accommodations based on student requirements and room availability. The residencies come with shared dining halls, gymnasiums, and recreational spaces. Additionally, the university provides transport to and from the campus.

Ahmedabad University has separate residences for boys and girls. However, the university may convert some of the residences into co-ed facilities if the situation demands. Student residences have adequate entry barriers to prevent unauthorised access. All residences are under strict security monitoring 24x7, with female guards, wardens, security guards, CCTV surveillance, and on-call medical services.
