Students must have passed the Class 12th examination with the required percentage of marks in the required discipline to be eligible for admission to the UG programmes at VIT Chennai. VIT Chennai Selection Process 2026
Admission is through merit and is based on the mentioned qualifying examination.
The applicants will be called for a Personal Interview (Hybrid Mode).
A rank list will be prepared on the basis of +2/HSC marks and Personal Interview.
