Students who have taken the NCET 2026 exam can check their answer key through some simple steps.
Visit the official website of NTA at ncet.samarth.ac.in.
Now, click on the ‘NCET 2026 Answer Key’ tab.
Students need to login through the NCET application and date of birth.
Now, the answer key will display on the screen.
Candidates can download the NCET 2026 answer key for evaluation.
Students will be able to raise an objection, if any answer is found wrong in the NCET answer key, then the examiner can raise an objection for the question. They will only raise objections only within a certain time period by paying a sum of Rs.200 each question. Then, students need to pay the NCET answer key objection fee.
Last, download and take print out of the fee receipt and confirmation slip.
The National Testing Agency will display the NCET recorded response 2026 on the official website at ncet.samarth.ac.in. The recorded response and the answer recorded display two to three days prior to the NCET 2026 result.
All the questions in the NCET exam will be of multiple choice. Applicants have to mark only one answer. If more than one option is marked, the agency will reject the question and marks will be deducted. The NCET 2026 marking scheme is as follows:
Correct answer or the most appropriate answer: Four marks (+4)
Any incorrect option marked will be given minus one mark (-1)
Unanswered/Marked for Review will be given no mark (0)
If more than one option is found to be correct then Four marks (+4) will be awarded to only those who have marked any of the correct options.
If the NCET exam is conducted in multiple shifts and multiple sessions, the raw score is converted into the NTA score 2026. The normalised NCET score will now be used by the National Testing agency for the admission in the academic year 2026-26. This NTA 2026 score will also be used by the other organisations as per their eligibility criteria/norms/applicable regulations/guidelines/rules.
