Careers360. Tell us something about yourself such as from which place are you from?

Swapnil Anand. My name is Swapnil Anand, and I am from Delhi, however I originally hail from Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

Careers360. Presently which course are you pursuing and in which year are you?

Swapnil Anand. I am in 2nd year pursuing my UG degree in BBA LLB (Hons.).

Careers360. Did you face any difficulty in the initial months when you joined the institute?

Swapnil Anand. As far as I remember, I did not face any difficulty in my initial months at Bennett University.

Careers360. What activities are offered in the institute? Are there any clubs etc. for the various extracurricular activities? Which ones have you taken up and are a part of?

Swapnil Anand. There are more than a modicum number of activities offered in the university and there are approximately 40 plus clubs for conducting various extracurricular activities. I am part of the governance club.

Careers360. Describe a typical day at your institute – what do you do from the time you wake up till you go to sleep?

Swapnil Anand. Day starts with hurrying for classes and attending classes till lunch. Thereafter probably hanging out with friends along with studying in bits and pieces until bedtime.

Careers360. Tell us about the faculty-student ratio here and about the teacher-student relationship in your understanding.

Swapnil Anand. Teacher student relationship is pretty good here, and faculty members pay attention to the queries and questions of the students.

Careers360. What facilities do you have on campus? What do you like here the most which you feel is unique and differentiating?

Swapnil Anand. There are numerous facilities available at the campus, however one thing that I like the most is the lively environment of the campus.

Careers360. How comfortable are your hostels and how about the cleanliness factor over there?

Swapnil Anand. The hostel rooms are pretty comfortable, and cleanliness is maintained remarkably.

Careers360. What about the medical facilities? Can you avail requisite medical attention if needed in an emergency?

Swapnil Anand. The medical facility in my opinion is good.

Careers360. How do you balance your studies, projects, exams and other activities?

Swapnil Anand. Consistency over a period is key to perfectly balance everything.

Careers360. Tell us about the clubs and societies at the campus and how significant are they from your point of view or students’ point of view?

Swapnil Anand. The clubs conduct events and activities with regards to a certain field. The clubs are significant in order to counter the boredom of the students.

Careers360. Is there any in-house magazine or journal for the latest events or happenings at the institute?

Swapnil Anand. Yes, Times School of Media publishes a broadsheet called Times of Bennett, they also have a website by names of timesofbennett.com which carries important happenings/ events at campus.

Careers360. What are the popular hangouts at the institute? What, according to you, are the most-visited places nearby?

Swapnil Anand. Maggi Hotspot, Quench, KJ are some popular hangouts at Bennett University. Most visited places nearby could be Venice mall, Mall of India, etc.

Swapnil Anand. With the first batch of law starting in 2017, the graduating batch is sitting for placements this year. As of now, top law firms like Amarchand & Mangaldas, Samvad Partners, Wadia Ghandy, AZB & Partners have recruited students from Bennett University.
