Major Changes Introduced in NIRF Ranking

There are some changes introduced in NIRF ranking. These changes are mention below:

• There are three new categories added in the NIRF 2024 ranking. These are State Public Universities, Open Universities and Skill Universities.

• It includes 'Innovation' ranking.

• There are some modifications introduced in Faculty to Student ratio. It become 1:10 for medical institutions and 1:20 in State Government Universities.
