    The SRM College of Physiotherapy, SRMIST, will host the International Physiotherapy Conference 2026 (IPC 2026) from April 16 to 18, 2026, at its Kattankulathur campus. This will be a major event for academics from all over the world.

    The International Physiotherapy Conference and International Hand Conclave 2026 goal is to bring together top physiotherapists, clinicians, researchers, academics, and students from all over the world.

    Experts in Healthcare from All Over the World.

    An impressive group of internationally known experts will be at the SRMIST conference, including:

    Dr Raja Sabapathy, President of the International Federation of Societies for Surgery of the Hand and Chairman of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Ganga Hospital

    Prof. Sallie Lamb is the Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Executive Dean of the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences at the University of Exeter

    Dr Esther Williamson is a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Oxford and the University of Exeter

    Dr Cynthia Swarnalatha, Senior Research Fellow at the University of Oxford and the University of Exeter

    Dr Asmare Yitayeh Gelaw, PhD, is an epidemiologist at the National Centre for Healthy Ageing and an adjunct research fellow at Monash University in Australia.

    The main goal of the conference is to improve physiotherapy education and practice around the world through collaboration, new ideas, and high academic standards. The theme focuses on preparing physiotherapists for the future by incorporating sustainability, professional values, and global standards into education and clinical practice.

    The International Hand Conclave 2026 will run at the same time as the International Hand Conclave 2026. The theme will be "Re-Hand," which will encourage people to think about, learn about, and imagine new ways to treat upper limb injuries in a healthcare system that is changing quickly.

    The event will last for three days and will include:
