Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology will start The KITEE phase 1 counselling in April. Qualified candidates must complete the KIITEE choice filling and locking process on the website. KIITEE Counselling 2026- Branch Allotment

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology will release the KIITEE 2026 counselling branch allotment for phase 1 on its official website. Candidates view KIITEE counselling branch allotment results using application number and date of birth. The KIITEE branch allotment depends on preferences set by candidates during choice-filling. Applicants with seats assigned should finish KIITEE counselling fee payment and document verification.

KIITEE Counselling 2026- Complete Process

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology will star the KIITEE 2026 choice filling for counselling for B.Tech, UG and Integrated programmes in online mode. The candidates who are shortlisted for the KIITEE 2026 counselling programme must appear for the counselling session on the designated date along with the required documents. The counselling result of KIITEE phase 1 has been released on May 2 and for KIIT phase 2 counselling result will be declared in June 2026.

Candidates must submit an undertaking to secure the seat in their preferred course if they are yet to receive their Class 12th results. The candidates can submit their Class 12th result once it has been announced. If a candidate fails to do so then their candidature will be cancelled even at the final stage of the admission process.

Documents required for KIITEE Counselling 2026

Shortlisted candidates have to submit the documents mentioned below while attending the KIITEE 2026 counselling session.

  • Class 10th certificate

  • Class 12th mark sheet and pass certificate

  • KIITEE rank card 2026

  • KIITEE admit card 2026

  • Conduct certificate

  • The passing certificate and mark sheet of graduation only for MCA, MCA(LE) and M.Sc (Biotechnology/ Applied Microbiology candidates)

  • Diploma pass certificate and three years Mark Sheet (for Lateral Entry Candidates)

  • B.Tech./B.E./ MCA/ M.Sc. or equivalent degree Certificate (For M.Tech./LLM/Ph.D candidates)

  • GATE Score Card 2026 (for M.Tech. GATE Qualified only)

  • Relevant Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, clearly indicating the Reservation Criteria claimed by the candidate.

  • Demand Draft of Rs. 75,000/- which includes the KIIT counselling fees of Rs.10,000 (Non-Refundable) drawn in favour of the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), payable at Bhubaneswar. Balance fee as per the fee structure is to be paid on the day of reporting.

KIITEE Counselling 2026 - Seat Reservation

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) reserves a certain percentage of seats for candidates belonging to special categories in each programme. There are three categories of candidates fitting into a special category: physically challenged (PC), scheduled tribes (ST) and scheduled castes (SC). The seat allotment of KIITEE 2026 will be conducted keeping the mentioned percentage of reserved seats in mind.
