KIITEE Counselling 2019 – Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology will conduct the KIITEE 2019 counselling from May 15, 2019 in the offline mode. The counselling of KIITEE 2019 is the document verification process where in the documents of the qualified candidates will be verified. Candidates who qualify KIITEE will be called for KIITEE counselling 2019 based on the marks of the entrance exam. For the KIITEE 2019 counselling the merit list will be prepared based on the number of seats available for the different courses. There will be two rounds of KIITEE counselling 2019 after which the admissions will be considered closed. The list of candidates who qualify for the counselling of KIITEE 2019 will be released online after the declaration of the KIITEE 2019 result. Candidates must note that all those who have been called for the document verification process will have to take along with them all the necessary documents.

KIITEE Counselling 2019 – Procedure

Candidates will be called for KKITEE 2019 counselling based on the merit list which is prepared by the institute. The merit list will be prepared based on the marks scored by the candidates in the entrance exam as well as the number of seats available in each of the courses offered by the institute. Candidates who qualify for the cousnelling of KIITEE 2019 will have to report to the counselling centre at least 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the procedure. After arriving at the venue candidates need to register themselves for the counselling process of KIITEE 2019. Candidates who are allotted a seat need to pay a tuition fee as part of the admission formalities.

In case any of the candidates are not able to attend the counselling process then the parents of the candidates can attend the counselling procedure along with the following documents.

Candidates must note that a separate cutoff list and merit list will be released for candidates who belong to the reserved categories. Candidates who have not yet got their class 12 results they need to submit an undertaking before participating in the counselling process of KIITEE 2019.

Candidates, called for Counseling must bring the Original Documents (listed below) and token Fees to the Counseling Centre.

• 10 th Pass Certificate

• 12 th Mark sheet and Pass Certificate

• Admit Card of KIITEE 2019

• Rank Card of KIITEE 2019

• Conduct Certificate

• Graduation Mark sheet and Pass Certificate only for MCA, MCA(LE),M.Sc (Biotechnology/ Applied Microbiology candidates)

• Diploma Pass Certificate and three years Mark Sheet (for Lateral Entry Candidates)

• B.Tech./B.E./ MCA/ M.Sc. or EquivalentDegree Certificate (For M.Tech./LLM/Ph.D candidates)

• GATE Score Card (for M.Tech. GATE Qualified only)

• Relevant Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, clearly indicating the Reservation Criteria claimed by the candidate.

• Demand Draft of Rs. 75,000/- which includes the counseling registration fees of Rs.10,000 (Non Refundable) in favor of Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, payable at Bhubaneswar. Balance fee as per the fee structure is to be paid on the day of reporting.
