CUET UG Exam Date : 13 May' 2025 - 03 Jun' 2025
The NTA has postponed the CUET UG 2025 exam to be held from May 13 to 16 in J and K, Punjab, Chandigarh, Ladakh, and Bikaner, Sriganganagar and Hanumangarh in Rajasthan. For other CUET test centres, the entrance test will be held as per the schedule. The revised CUET exam date for these centres and cities will be announced in due course of time.

Candidates can open the official website link, cuet.nta.nic.in and click on "Download Admit Card for CUET(UG)-2025 Examination." Then a new window will open. Candidates need to enter their application number, password and captcha to download the admit card.
NTA is scheduled to conduct the CUET UG 2025 exam from May 13 to June 3 in various locations across India. However, several students might be wondering is CUET 2025 postponed, due to the ongoing conflicts in India and Pakistan. Several states like Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan and Ladakh have shut down the schools and colleges for the sake of public safety. However, now both countries have shown some restrained and announced a ceasefire.

IS CUET UG 2025 Postponed?
The CUET 2025 exam will be held from May 13 to June 3 in CBT mode. Many students are worried that the NTA might postpone the CUET 2025 due to the ongoing conflicts between India and Pakistan. The Indian government has decided to shut down schools and colleges in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, West Bengal, Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh. Candidates appearing for CUET UG 2025 from these states must be worried that if the CUET exam will be postponed due to war.

Download NowHowever, now NTA has announced that CUET is postponed only in J and K, Punjab, Ladakh, Chandigarh, and Bikaner, Sriganganagar and Hanumangarh in Rajasthan. The Institute of Charted Accountants of India has already postponed the ICAI CA Final and Intermediate exams until further notice. Earlier, the ICAI CA Final and Intermediate exams 2025 were scheduled to be held from May 9 to 15.
When Will CUET UG Admit Card 2025 Be Released?
The National Testing Agency has issued the CUET 2025 admit card on May 10 at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates can download CUET admit card 2025 by using their login credentials such as application number and date of birth. The CUET UG 2025 admit card contains the name of the exam centre, candidate’s name, name of the exam, exam shift and timings. Candidates can access their admit card to check the CUET exam centre 2025 allotted to them.
CUET UG Exam - Postponed Over the Years
The NTA has started conducting the CUET UG exam from the year 2022. In 2023, the CUET exam was rescheduled for students appearing in Jammu and Kashmir, Manipur and Jharkhand. Similarly, the CUET UG exam was rescheduled in 2024 for students appearing for the exam in Delhi. Now, students might be wondering is CUET postponed due to war for students appearing from J&K, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Ladakh and West Bengal. You cannot get admission to engineering courses in Delhi University (DU) through CUET scores .
DU offers engineering courses under its Faculty of Technology, and admissions to these courses are based on JEE Main scores, not CUET.

Admissions for CUET aren't solely based on 2 Non-Med Percentage along with JEE Mains percentile. The eligibility criteria for CUET require students to have scored at least 50% marks in their Class 12th exam for general candidates and 45% for reserved categories.
Additionally, CUET has its own exam pattern, which includes multiple-choice questions divided into three sections:
- Section 1: Language proficiency(English/Hindi/regional languages)
- Section 2: Domain-specific subjects
- Section 3: General Aptitude
It's also important to note that while JEE Mains is a separate entrance exam, some universities may consider both CUET and JEE Mains scores for admission to certain programs. However, the specific admission criteria may vary depending on the university and course.

Yes, if the CUET UG application form does not ask for the 10th marksheet upload and only requires a photograph and signature, your application should still be considered valid. Since you are currently appearing for the 12th exams, the system may not require additional documents at this stage. However, double-check the official guidelines or contact CUET support to confirm.
