The CUET 2026 cutoff for general category depends on several factors such as the number of candidates appearing in the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, and the number of seats available for admission. Students can check these factors that may affect the CUET cut off 2026 for general category.
Total number of candidates appeared in CUET 2026 exam - The number of candidates appearing in the CUET UG exam can affect the cutoff. As the number of candidates appearing in the entrance exam increases, similarly, the CUET 2026 cutoff will also be increased.
Difficulty level of the CUET exam - The CUET cutoff 2026 for general category is also determined based on the difficulty level of the examination. As the difficulty level of the exam increases the chances of candidates failing to qualify for the exam may also increase. Hence, the CUET 2026 cutoff for general category may be lower than the previous year. If the difficulty level of the exam is lower, then the CUET cut off for general category 2026 might be higher.
Seat availability - The number of seats available for admission will also affect the CUET cut off 2026 for general category. The more the number of seats, the lesser the competition, resulting in a lower cutoff, and vice versa.
