Banaras Hindu University has released the BHU UG 2025 information brochure on its official website. According to the BHU UG information bulletin 2025, 19 courses are available through CUET scores. BHU now offers two additional UG programmes through CUET, BSc (Hons) in Medical Technology (Radiotherapy) and BSc (Hons) in Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology.

The BHU UG admission 2025 information bulletin includes details on minimum eligibility requirements, age limits, course durations, fee structures, and relaxations. There is a 5 years age relaxation for candidates belonging to SC/ST and PWD categories, and a 3 years age relaxation for candidates belonging to the OBC category for admissions in various courses where an age limit is specified.
To apply for BHU UG admission, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria which differ for each course. To take admission in the UG courses, one must fulfill the below criteria.
Applicant who has successfully completed/ is appearing in Senior Secondary School (10+2) or equivalent.
They must secure 50% of marks in their last qualifying examination.
Must qualify for the CUET 2025 exam in the respective domain subject.

As per the BHU UG information brochure, a certain percentage of reservation is provided for the candidates belonging to OBC, SC, ST, Ews and PwD. 15% seats will be reserved for scheduled caste and 7.5% seats for scheduled tribe in each course. 27% reservation to candidates belonging to OBC category (excluding under creamy layer) will be provided in different courses. 10% reservation for economically weaker sections and 5% seats for persons with disability (PwD).

You cannot get admission to engineering courses in Delhi University (DU) through CUET scores .
DU offers engineering courses under its Faculty of Technology, and admissions to these courses are based on JEE Main scores, not CUET.
