VMOU Kota started the Rajasthan BSTC choice filling process on June 11, 2026 on its official website.The Rajasthan BSTC counselling process will be completely in online mode. Rajasthan BSTC Counselling 2026 Guideliness

• Name Matching: Your name, father’s name, and mother’s name on all counseling documents must match your Class 10 marksheet exactly. Minor typos can cause rejection at the time of physical reporting.

• BSTC Correction Restrictions: The Rs. 200 correction panel allows you to change minor details, but you cannot alter your name, parent's names, photos, signatures, or selected program type (General/Sanskrit).

• No Maximum Limit: You can fill out as many college choices as you want. It is highly recommended to fill out maximum options to avoid missing out on a seat.

• The "All Rajasthan" Rule: If your score is on the borderline (under 400), you must check "YES" for All Rajasthan. If you select "NO" and your score doesn't match your specific list, you will not get a seat anywhere, even if colleges have vacant slots.

• Auto-Locking: Once saved, you should manually lock your choices. If you forget, the system will automatically lock your last saved draft when the window closes on June 16, 2026.

• Caste Certificate Window: OBC, MBC, and EWS certificates must be current and valid according to Rajasthan state government norms. An outdated certificate will cause the system to automatically reassign you to the General/Unreserved category.

• Domicile Mandate: To claim any reservation benefit, you must possess a valid Rajasthan Bonafide Domicile Certificate. Candidates from other states are treated strictly as General category applicants.

• Mandatory Physical Reporting: Simply paying the Rs. 13,555 fee online does not secure your admission. You must physically visit the college with your original documents for verification to get your official Provisional Admission Slip.

• Seat Forfeiture: If you are allotted a college but fail to pay the fee or report physically within the given dates, your seat is permanently canceled, and you cannot participate in subsequent rounds.

• Upward Movement Condition: You can only apply for college upgradation (Upward Movement) if you have fully completed Round 1 admission (paid fees and reported physically). If an upgrade is granted, your old seat is transferred; if not, your original seat remains safe.

• Refund Policy: If no college is allotted to you after all counseling rounds finish, Rs. 2,900 will be refunded to your bank account after a minor Rs. 100 processing deduction.
