Step 1 - Registration

If candidates are unwilling to register right away, they can click on the ‘cancel’ button and return to the ‘Home’ page.
After clicking on the ‘save’ button, candidates will be asked again if they are sure of the correctness of the details entered.
Candidates can click on the ‘OK’ button if they are satisfied with the correctness of details filled .
If not, then they can recheck and update the data entered if necessary.

Step 2 - Generating Unique Application Number
Candidates can now choose the subject they want to apply for. They will have to choose at least one department to get the unique application number.
If the candidate applies for a course which they are not eligible for, a pop up box will appear saying that they are ineligible for the course.
Click on the ‘save’ button. The unique application number will now appear on the screen. After this credential is generated, candidates will have to retain it for future logins.
Step 3 - Remitting Application Fee
The application fee can be paid in both online and offline mode.
For payment through online mode, candidates can remit the fees using the following methods - credit/debit card and netbanking.
For payment through offline mode, candidates need to print their bank challan. They are required to visit any branch of SBI and remit the fees. After the university receives the amount, an acknowledgment slip will be uploaded to the candidate’s account. Candidates should wait for at least 48 hours to see the updated acknowledgement status.
Step 4 - Printing Application Form
After the completion of the application process, candidates can download the application form and retain it for future references.
They must also take three to four printouts of the application form and retain them.
Candidates applying for B.Sc programmes are required to upload the image of Class Xth exam admit card in .jpg, .jpeg, .png format. The image file should not be more than 200 KB.
For admission in B.Ed programme., the last date to fill the Jadavpur University application form 2020 will be the second week of September 2020.
Candidates need to complete the entire application process including uploading of documents and remittance of fees within the stipulated deadline to access their admit card.
