IGNOU Admission Status 2020 - Indira Gandhi National Open University has provided a facility for all registered candidates to check their IGNOU 2020 admission status for January session from January 17 so that they can check if their candidature has been accepted or not. Only registered candidates can avail of this facility of checking IGNOU admission status. The varsity has commenced the IGNOU admission 2020 process for the January cycle from November 15 with the release of the IGNOU registration cum application form. The IGNOU 2020 admission procedure came to closure on February 28, the last date for enrolling for IGNOU 2020 admission. There are two channels to check IGNOU admission status 2020 – by visiting the official website ignou.ac.in and entering the user name and password in the candidate login page or waiting for IGNOU to confirm your admission status which generally takes a 2 months after a successful registration.

IGNOU had closed the re-admission facility window on June 25 for the students who could either not complete their respective courses or fell short of the required attendance in the practicals within the maximum time allotted or the given time-frame. Candidates, who have either not registered for all years/semesters of a programme or may have failed to pay the prescribed full programme fee during the maximum duration of the programme also have to to fill the re-admission form. However, such candidates have to pay the full fee for the missed year(s)/semester(s) according to the applicable fee at that time for the session the re-admission is sought, in addition to the pro-rata course fee.

What after IGNOU 2020 Admission Status shows ‘Approved’/Confirmed?
Once the candidates’ application form is approved by the university, the IGNOU admission status will show ‘approved’ or 'confirmed' status.

How to ensure IGNOU Application Form 2020 is not rejected
The status of your application form of IGNOU 2020 can make or break your admission chances. However, the rejection or acceptance of the IGNOU admission cum application form largely depends on how correct is the information provided by the registered candidates and if all the registration formalities are completed ahead of the deadline. Without the fee payment, the application process will not be completed. Thus, candidates must pay the requisite fee online while filling IGNOU 2020 admission form. With the successful fee payment, the IGNOU admission status will show ‘approved’.
Candidates must also ensure that they meet all the eligibility conditions for the course they want to apply for. Applications, where the eligibility is not met, are liable for rejection.

30 November was last date for IGNOU Bachelors degree course..so i did enroll on that date..i got application status of control number..1st page of form filled but on programme page 2nd page i couldnt see any program details just "select" but cant see anything.. please help me whats the matter?
If you have successfully paid registration fees then you can login on IGNOU student portal and check your application status. After approx 2 weeks of registration you'll be given your id card and enrollment number. In case you are unable to see your status on your portal, please contact your regional centre for help.
i did bsc in zoology. can i do my bsc biotechnology degree from private University and other msc degree in zoology from ignou simultaneously? is it allowed? will it create ptoblem to get job in private or government sector?
Even though as per UGC guidelines candidates can now pursue degree courses simultaneously, one through distance mode another through regular mode, but I don't think it anyway prescribes about pursuing master's and bachelor's degree together as both courses belong to different level, and even if you pursue these courses together, there are chances that you'll be cross questioned during interview process in any job sector, if you were to come clean about your entire academic profile,
While showing grade card have seen completed or not completed what it means?? because as per result marks i am on pass on that exam
Since you have tagged IGNOU, I presume your query is regarding its grade card only, the status of grade card is dependent on your submission as well as qualifying marks of assignments, if your course has any practical sessions(you need to pass that as well), and eventually the term end exam, so you need to participate in all the three, and qualify as well then only your grade card shows the status of being complete, that means you have successfully qualified all the basic steps involved in the process, and only after the complete status of your grade card after your course get over, you'll receive your marksheet and degree certificate

You will get your enrollment number on the registered mobile number. As while doing registration you will get sms on your registered mobile number along with your enrollment number. Also you will get it in the mail also.
So check your sms and Emil there is chance of getting enrollment number.
