Will Students Get the Same Quality of Education in India?

How Does UGC Ensure the Quality Standards of the Foreign University Education Provided in India?
The UGC has made the following standards compulsory to ensure Quality:
Offer education similar to the main campus in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and other aspects.
Faculty qualifications must be at par with those at the main campus,
International faculty appointed to teach in India must stay in India for at least one semester.
The programme cannot be offered in online or open/distance mode, except that online lectures up to 10% of programme requirements may be allowed. Any new programme also requires prior UGC approval.
