Steps to fill the Central University of Gujarat 2024 Application Form

Step 1 - First you need to visit the official website of the Central University of Gujarat .

Step 2 - Select the ‘Apply Online’ tab to register for the CUET courses.

Step 3 - After clicking, candidates will be able to see three programmes options- UG or PG. Select the link you wish to apply for.

Step 4 - Complete the registration process by entering details like programme applied for, name, valid e-mail-id, mobile number, date of birth, and verification code displayed on the screen.

Step 5 - Once all details are submitted, the application number and password are generated and are sent at the registered email address and mobile number.

Step 6 - Use the application number and password to log-in and fill up the application form by entering the log-in details like personal, academic qualification and communication address.

Step 7 - Upload scanned images of a recent passport sized photograph and signature in prescribed format and dimensions.

Step 8 - Candidates have to pay the application fee either in online mode. On successful online application submission with payment of fees through an automated email and SMS is sent to the registered email ID and mobile number.

Step 9 - Take a print out of CUG admission form for future reference.

• Applicants must meet the eligibility for admission to the CUG programmes. It should be noted that it is the sole responsibility of the candidate to ensure eligibility at the counselling stage. The admission of a candidate shall be cancelled if the eligibility claimed by him/her is found to be incorrect during or after the admission process.

• Candidates must have appeared in the CUET 2024 for the respective programme of study at the Central University of Gujarat.

• The photograph, signature and other information should be the same as uploaded at the time of applying for CUET 2024 application form.

• Candidates whose graduation marksheet is awaited may upload an undertaking as per the format provided by the Central University of Gujarat

• Candidates who have not registered for online counselling will not be considered for subsequent stages of the admission process.

Step 1. Candidates need to visit the official website and the click on “New Candidate Registration‟

Step 2. Now select the programme from the “Applying For” dropdown.

Step 3. Add your name, email ID, CUET roll no, date of birth, captcha and click on register

Step 4. After registration login using your “CUET roll no‟ & date of birth in dd/mm/yyyy format.

Step 6. In case of non-availability of any document, “undertaking” should be submitted.
